The pleat you’ve described that is folded one way and then the other is a box pleat. I love the way you’ve used it here.

The best part about this is this using my rectangles I have a box of these “shapes of random sizes cut from scraps. I am such a believer that if you have a system for keeping your scraps you can create so much more and create so many more fun things . Thanks Cori. 💜Oh happy Mother’s Day as well. 🍃🦋
So, so, so very true. Since creating the specific shelves to hold my sorted scrap containers I am a ton more productive, though I have more limited hours to create. Having storage that works for YOU is key! Completely agree. 100%.

LOL, I have the Vintage Library paper on my list! Was waiting for Joggles to get it since they discount everything. I love the images and colors of Stamperia. I think I fell in love with the line when I saw you make the journal out of the Forest paper. So pretty. Thanks for sharing all these great ideas. Cori, I have been meaning to ask you about the magnetic closures. What size are they? Does Amazon have them?
I sure love those lines. Some are more feminine than my style, but I love their colors and details anyway. I use a few sizes, but I always get the Basic Grey magnets from Amazon. Extra small, I think are the ones I use most often. Can't remember the mm.... perhaps 3?
I think Stamperia is Spanish, maybe from Spain?

Where do you buy your Sari silk? I bought some when I was in Raleigh/Durham, but it was ridiculous expensive😳
Oh gosh, I haven't purchased any in a few years! I hate to be cliche, but I'd look at sari silk on Etsy as I'm certain that's where I found min. I just got a big hank in an off white and it has lasted a really long time.

Hi. Do you mean the larger, fabric covered journal that I'm working in? The one with the Tracie Fox Creative/Love Junk Journals Tattered paint pages? Or the mini Atelier des Arts journal? Either way, videos on how to create the bases for both are coming soon... hopefully by mid-June.
