I spent year in Kosovo 2005 as a peacekeeper for KFOR and really fell in love for the country and people there. I visited 2021 again, this time as a turist and saw how much it had changed for better. Im hoping to visit again some near future.

Almost no city has low dogs their all the same the best city for foreigners is prishtina if you are getting chased by dogs don't run most times they won't bite they just wanna scare you

You do need a visa to work in Kosovo but it's different for all nationalities. Sorry I can't help you with these questions. Good luck!
