LeBron James has won the MVP Award 3 times in the past four years. His 2011-2012 KIA NBA MVP Award is his 3rd MVP Award and the first in Miami Heat franchise history.

it is an INDIVIDUAL award, NOT a team award. it doesnt matter how good or how bad your team is, its how the individual performs. and look at his numbers compared to durant, im an okc fan i would have loved to see him win mvp, but lebron was undeniably the best player in the nba this season, he did it all.
MVP isn't a playoff accolade. Lebron plays the best in the regular season every year. Not to mention, he's having a great post season so far

I am well aware that the MVP is predicated on the regular season accomplishments. However Kevin Durant is MORE deserving of this accolade then this LOSER. The very idea they would overlook Durant is proof positive that they are stuck on LeCHOKE and there are many people who are tired of seeing this award go to an individual who lack a killing instinct, heart, guts and winning skills during the playoffs. Durant is more valuable to his team than this piece of shit.
