He is not oversmart...he is trying his best to hold the ground for RTO, the only problem he has that the RTO officers are not as good as this lawyer. The lady did not mention the act correctly while providing the letter of seizure to the owner. The whole judgement is based on that stupid mistake of that lady.

Every judge knows what is happening and why is this happening. People think judges just sit inside 4 walls and don't know what's happening outside. No RTO will act in such haste and overperform in this very perfect system. Justice Vivek Agarwal rightly hinted towards the fact that these seizures are often politically motivated.
They have years of experience they know every inch of case

I respect the honourable judge for the judgement. The lady officer did the right thing following her duty where she seized the bus without permit.
Though she mentioned wrongly one section and she accepted her mistake also.
The bus was running illegally without permit.
No, she shouldn't have sieged the vehicle as per law, it should penalised 4 times and let the vehicle go.
You have not clearly seen the video the bus seized at 16:40 but the charge copy has been made at 16:14 it is seized intentionally

The court must give some punishment to the RTO officer for torturning the people meanwhile from sieze to vehicle release verdict, atleast a suspension of a week. so she would learn a lesson and others also with similar designation or with same crimes.

Thought the older advocate is not arguing heavily like the young counterpart but his experience is much deep then the younger one. He immediately pointed out the glitch in the supporting order mentioned by the younger counterpart and without much speaking he wins the war. Lesson learned, read, revise dig deep and play by rules.

I truely value the judge's decision. It was in fact illegal for the bus operator to take the permit after the bus was taken by the RTO officer. RTO officer did the right thing in seizing the bus that was operating without a permit. Bus operator did wrong.
