FYI window not rolling up is a common Subaru thing - happens if you disconnect the battery and is easy enough to fix: Using the passenger window switch, press it down and hold it for a few seconds after the window is fully open. Pull the switch up and hold it for a few seconds after the window is fully closed.
I was looking for this comment, happened to me and my tuner told me how to fix it but i forgot exactly what you do. Hope dustin sees this

Dustin is such a genuine dude
Dustin I would recommend coming from someone that runs you should go get fitted at a running store before having bought your running shoes. This way you don’t get injured when your first start off running. Is the most common issues when people get into running is that they don’t get fitted and land up getting injured because the shoes don’t work with their natural body mechanics.
Tf? It’s running… how on Earth does someone get hurt? How old were you when you learned running was a thing? Who convinced you you need “special shoes?” Lol
I would “recommend” you talk to war vets and asked what they ran in. They certainly didn’t scan their foot to prepare them for the rough terrain of a sidewalk lmfao.
As someone who has personally seen what the wrong shoes can do to feet ABSOLUTELY. They had to get complete reconstructive surgery on BOTH feet to repair multiple torn ligaments and broken joints. Doctors told them if they didn’t get surgery on their feet, they’d be in a wheelchair by the time they were 30.
TAKE CARE OF YOUR FEET, PEOPLE.

There’s a chance your window just needs a reset for the passenger side.
Use the passenger side switch to roll the window down and hold it for 3 seconds. Roll it up and hold it for 3 seconds. Drivers window switch will work the passenger window now.
I've done this on my WRX too and it works!

Did you try the Subaru window reset, Hold the driver side window button up for 5 seconds or so, then down and then hold it up. it resets the passenger window
