Hi Mace, today I binge watched your reaction videos to all of these great songs and artists while I was working on a project at work. It helped me to go through my day and I really enjoyed it. It brought back so many memories from my childhood. Kind of wanted to go back and pay a visit to my motherland after 20 long years of separation. Keep up the good work. You’re so passionate and knowledgeable about other part of the world. It’s great to someone with open heart and mind. Thank you.

Hey Mace, that translation isn't the best, it seems like it was made by a beginner to Persian who used Google Translate for half of the words. This is how I would translate the song:
(Oh) my stone flower, (oh) my stone flower,
what shall I say of my longing heart?
Like the sunlight, if upon me you won't shine, I will be cold and colourless
(Oh) my stone flower, (oh) my stone flower,
what shall I say of my longing heart?
Like the sunlight, if upon me you won't shine, I will be cold and colourless
All my sighs, all my pains
Like a storm I am full of dust
All my sighs, all my pains
Like a storm I am full of dust
I am a drunken wind, that within the desert
Twists and turns all around you
(Oh) my stone flower, (oh) my stone flower,
what shall I say of my longing heart?
Like the sunlight, if upon me you won't shine, I will be cold and colourless
Like the rain, if you do not come
You have no clue of my wellbeing
Without you I become torn apart in two days *(A common Persian expression is that "life is but two days.")
Your heart of stone will burn/ache for me
(Oh) my stone flower, (oh) my stone flower,
what shall I say of my longing heart?
(Oh) my stone flower, (oh) my stone flower,
what shall I say of my longing heart?
Like the sunlight, if upon me you won't shine, I will be cold and colourless
Like the rain, if you do not come
You have no clue of my wellbeing
Without you I become torn apart in two days
Your heart of stone will burn/ache for me
    Have a good one!

Mace i almost watched all your videos about Iranian songs you ever reacted, but i think its better to have some technical opinion about like the voice about the instruments about the composition, these are the things makes your vids more interesting to watch, instead of buying new camera witch is not necessary. anyway i loved your vids so far. like the instrument in the intro was harp, you can make some opinion personal even if you don't know about it but paying attention to these small details will be enjoyable to watch.

WRONG TRANSLATION! "GOLE SANG"(Stone Flower) and "SANGE SABOOR"(Patient Stone) are stones that someone talks to it about all his/her sadnesses and it just listens and if one's sadnesses are too much the stone can break down (Mythos). Here Hayede complains/ talks to the GOLE SANG: "My GOLE SANG! What shall I say about my ....."

    Sayeh Eshgh, (Love Shadow)
is an astonishing composition by violin master Loghman Adhami, which provides the canvas for the poet lyricist
    Lila Kasra
Pure unapologetic feminine passion & power, sung by her friend Hayedeh.
Persian to English translation, (with minor adjustments) by Samrzy w/edit by Ahmad Aziz
    Love shadow سایه
    poem by Lila Kasra
    music by Loghman Adhami
    sung by the immortal
    Hayedeh
you have come, you have come among all of my distresses
to know that I am still a loyal broken heart
you have seen the shadow of my love in my eyes
    you have come
you came to stay in my world
Again I pray over the night and look at sky
    and again at
    you
and the God of Gods are my dawn pray
Oh I still remember those nights that I was expecting Oh don't ask me not to cry,
    I'm restless through my life
I love this drunkenness, passion and feeling
    like all lovers
    I'm thirsty for affection
    I am devoted to you
and I am crazy for the truth
    I became your tapster
    your wine and your drunkenness
    the glow of my heart
    became all of my existence
    Do not let me
    die away from your face
    my love
    pass me a moment
    and let me die
    Every problem becomes easy
    by drunkenness
    and
    I am afraid my lord
    the goblet became empty
    and sober,
    I would die, My lord
My dear tell me what can I do in the world without you
if you do not aid me
    what can I do
    strange and alone
if you stay I would worship you,
    let me tell my words
One day I want to tell you the story behind my pains, Ohhhh
My dear tell me what can I do in the world without you
if you do not aid me
    what can I do
    strange and alone
if you stay I would worship you,
    let me tell my words
