The trade restrictions/limits means if you have a certain amount of rbx spent in the game then you would be able to sell and buy in the trading plaza more times which is in a level type of system where if you are f2p then you have the lowest amount of times you can buy or sell and it ranks up with how many rbx you spent in the game (which In my opinion makes the update kinda worse which is also disappointing)
