yes I cook lengua.....from start to cook it I boiled it with sprite and white wine and lemon grass, luya and some ingredients u mentioned....1 vegetable cube
instead of water and flour.. gawin mong cream of mushroom and nestle cream mas masarap sya.. Merry Christmas!!! ganyan kami dito sa negros gumawa ng lengua.. but ito with mushed potatoes.. gawin ko to for new year. We love you Judy Ann..

The easiest way to remove the thick and tough covering of the oxs tongue is to dip it in a boiling water for a minute or two after cleaning it, then sugatan mo lang ng knife and hatakin mo lang I tell you ang bilis lang matanggal nung covering nya. Try it and see for yourself . 😊Merry Christmas! 😚

Hi juday..one thing I discovered, in cleaning the tongue, try to scrape off the white part or the skin of the tongue as soon while it is still hot. Just be careful not to burn yourself coz its hot.

Pakuluin o pressure cook mo and dila hanggang lumambot, pag luto na banlawan sa malamig na tubig ng madalian at habang mainit pa puwede mo ng balatan kasi mas madaling balatan kung medyo mainit pa kung puwede yung kaya mo ng hawakan ang init niya. Yes, that's the easiest way to peel the thick skin of the tongue. After skinning it, then you can boil till tender.
