I was surprised by just how emotional the pictomany quests made me. :(
At the beginning of playing the final quest, I made a comment about how I just noticed that Kupopo's name follows lalafell naming conventions. I didn't realize that would be relevant later when they make the big reveal.
That line of "He was the least annoying of moogles." after the revelation of his nature... 🤣
having already done these quests, the voice jesse chose for the moogle just made me die
This quest legit made me cry.. but the idea of having everyone close to me die and be left all alone is a little to real for me :S.
for those who would like to find Beruru in the world. I found her in Radz-at-han. from the entrance of the city and up the stairs to the left.

I have difficulty paying attention to class quests (other than DRK) so this is perfect for me, thank you.
i did not see the twist comeing and i loved it im gona be maining picto when i start the msq after geting viper to 90 but still my god i love how pictomancer plays so far cant wate to see whats to come ;)
What a wonderful quest line!!! It's so short but so so well done like wow! It uses soul concepts like Dynamis creating new souls, mixing memories with other souls, and also just depression. Even after beating all and the different MSQ's, I never was able to cry at them, but I SOBBED at this quest line. LIKE HOLY I relate to Beruru with having such a vivid imagination that concepts are easy to form. But that also means that I find myself logically trapped. That I can only ever find solace in my own head. Though I know that's not the case. Our creativity is to make reality a better place, not replace it. And that's what I love about this quest line. All of it has been about making the world a better place, one small action at a time. I hope the writer for Picto gets to write for the MSQ. Whoever they are, they know how to use their tools at their disposal.
I like to think that the reason this quest was so emocional was because is a reflection of how Hermes became the person that we fight, he became trapped in his own mind without anyone, the creations we're real to him because it was the only things he has and never had nothing to himself.
Beruru was walking the same path as Hermes and this was the Best thing we can do, we can't save him from himself but with Beruru it was possible

The SFX of PCT are so good. Can't wait to use it after I clear DT. I'm one of the people who can't use a job the main party members are using. Can't *unga bunga* or *swish blorp* this expansion 😢

Are the 12 archons different then the Sharlean archon?
The 12 Archons are the originators of the practice. During the Sixth Umbral Calamity, a group of 12 Archons came together to save as many people from the coming flood. I'm... pretty sure we've only got two of their names. Relm is mentioned here, but the other is Nyunkrepf Nyunkrepfsyn who founded Old Sharlayan, and whose boat can be found in The Peaks region of Ala Mhigo.
The 12 Archons would have their title applied to Sharlayan scholars in respect for their achievements.
