I remember during our school activity, we did an engineer challenge 😆. The goal was to make the highest tower and it needs to be stable. We have 30 minutes to finish.. our only materials were toothpicks, and clays. It was quite fun our tower has reached 1 foot tall.. we were about to ranked second place, but our tower wasn't stable 😆 it bended down and we ranked 4th place😂 good old memories.

In our org in college, this challenge always comes up kay it shows how you manage your project. The first time we did this. We all aim to be the tallest yet most of us fail because we forgot about the foundation. Then the speaker then explain it that before we aim to the the highest, we must make sure that our foundation is strong that no matter your goal is, to be tallest or not, at least your foundation is strong.

What we did on that same challenge during a team building is, we used the marshmallow as joint so its more difficult to do the base, and whoever makes the tower stand longer wins. Using the tape to joint it is easier i guess, you can thicken the member.
