BoTW just had this feel to it, ToTK is great, but BoTW has finally beaten TP as my favorite Zelda. BoTW was such a master piece, especially the atmosphere. As much as I love how action packed ToTK feels, BoTW just scratches that deep itch. ToTK had better mechanics for sure, but I can’t stop going back to BoTW. Even Age of Calamity has me enthralled. Can’t wait for the next 3D Zelda, I’m sure the team will blow us away again!!
agreed! theres something about botw that really inspires me. enough that it made me start writing a novel series because i was so heavily inspired by the landscape. the atmosphere was a blend of loneliness and also it was lively. perfect combo that i want to incorporate in my books

I was wondering if someone was working on ambient concept exactly like this! I wanted to try making some for Skyrim just living as an NPC, hunter or farm worker or something. This is so incredible!

That's why I still play BOTW sometimes.🥰
You can then ride your horse through Hyrule in complete relaxation.
In TOTK it's no longer always possible because of the monsters and obstacles that mean you can't ride around on the horse.💙
Yeah I mean hyrule got cluttered with the sky debris but the monster were always there, and did you forget the guardians?

It's not always relaxing in Hyrule but there are enough places where you can ride without any problems.
In TOTK you often can't go everywhere with your horse, which isn't the main reason for playing.😁
But everything is different there and Ganondorf has awakened and wants to get us. It makes sense in that respect and that's okay.👍
There is a completely different atmosphere in TOTK.
And if you think that I now hate TOTK and like BOTW better, that's not true.
I like both very much.🥰
But if I just want to ride and chill then I play more BOTW than TOTK.
And of course I didn't forget the guardians.
How could I?😅
They were almost everywhere, especially at the castle.
I play BOTW normally without mods and stuff.
Just on the Switch.
And anyone who has played BOTW should know that I misspoke.
That was my mistake.😥

I like this and *i need games to have AUTO TRAVEL CINEMATIC VIEW* like this, imagine this for open world games. Ghost of tsushima (if it had WAY less "random" encounters, has too many it breaks every walk i try to take and its a horrible thing, i wanted to just relax and look at stuff but someone had the terrible idea of Over saturating the map with enemies even after the completion) skyrim, cyberpunk, red dead redemption, big open world games... just set a destination and the character auto travels there slowly....

It's too bad Nintendo doesn't partner with Steam and import every last game over the decade onto the platform it would be PHENOMENAL if games like this made it to Steam growing up as a kid playing Zelda games I know I won't live forever but I can enjoy it to my fullest I'm glad I was actually born in these times. I think Nintendo can do better and protect their company if they offered the solution to import Nintendo games onto the Steam platform to avoid negative conflict with customers.

Sony is now porting over games to Steam and Epic games, so we might live to see the day for Nintendo to do it as well.

For this video
There is quite a few Custom mods made by others we use.
Mostly mods that turns off visuals, no enemies, friendly animals, no blood moon, no music and like 8 mods to remove every single ui element.
Then we have done some custom mods ourself that are tapered to what's needed to make the recording easier or a bit more special.
No roaming npcs, hide or add structures, foliage and npc's. Adjsuting bg audio files to lower the volume or completely turn it off in some elemements.

You are correct, there is a wonderful mod out there that removes all enemies placed in the overworld.
Makes it so much easier to record.
