I have to give Howie the utmost respect for not ripping into Chris Simms for his asinine comment about Jalen Hurts. I wouldn't have had that much restraint.

I’ll say what my fellow Cowboys fans won’t. We wish we could trade our front office for the Philly one. Love the star. Love the history of the Cowboys. Love the entire aura of the franchise. Will always hate the Eagles. But all the REAL Cowboys fans hate the Jones family and wish we had a true GM like Roseman.
I’m an eagles fan who hates the cowboys so much. But I totally agree. As long as Jerry makes the decision I don’t see much success. Mostly in how they manage the cap. You don’t always need “football guys” 😂
@@Rex_kwon_do2113 it’s only going to get worse. In fact a lot of the way they manage the cap these days comes from Stephen Jones. Jerry’s son is like an insurance policy for the rest of the NFC that the Cowboys will never make it back to the conference championship let alone the SuperBowl.
I think the Eagles will be just fine. I'm not specifically a fan but I suspect they will be much improved next year.
As A Eagles fan I find it hilarious when not only media but our own fan base say we’re gonna be even worse next year and decline so heavily and have to rebuild completely. I’m not worried at all cause we already equipped a lot better coordinators already that’s a first start. I think it’s very stupid for teams to overlook us and if history has taught us anything recently is that we’ve made 2 Super Bowl appearances in the last 5-6 years there’s not a lot teams that have done that other than San Fran and KC. We’ve had bad years and turned things around the next year for the last 24 years people really need to relax and only time will tell to see who can be consistent at winning and make deep runs year after year.😂

I think FA failures in the off-season showed up through the season highlighted by the injuries. We picked up a lot of FA during the season because of necessity. Add the coaching situations. No continuity. It was a slow death. Howie seems to have attacked the off-season with vigor. More so than ever. I can't wait to see how he handles the draft. At least there aren't any glaring holes.

They are allways friendly witht he people they interview, because if they start pressing them too much, noone will want to come to them answer the tough questions. You have to keep some balance. I actually think Mike does it relatively good. There are many journalists who are much more asskissing.
Mike’s a joke who puts “reports” out when he doesn’t even have multiple sources. Plus he tried to get howie last year to comment on the SB and howie basically told him off. That’s why it’s awkward when they’re there
