I just love how she is completely focusing on Fabiola and acknowledging how hard it must have been for her to worry about coming out, instead of making it about herself. What a beautiful scene.
It truly is so pure! ❤️
A master class for anyone who has a loved one being open about their vulnerabilities
So trueeeee
!!!
i cried. this was too beautiful
This is how all parents should react to their kids coming out
My mom said that it might be a phase when I came out as Bi
Unfortunately not everyone reacts the same way, especially when they're surprised or scared -though there's nothing to be scared of.
But still they should accept & love their child/offspring no matter what
@@Just_niaxx same my mom still says this😭
I still remember when I came out my mom cried
We stan a very functional mother-daughter duo. Seriously I think Fabiola's mom can win Mother of the Year (Nalini and Devi have their own issues, Janet's mother abandoned her daughter two times especially when she sees that Eleanor is more talented than she, and Ben's parents leave him alone a lot, even during his birthday)
Frl at first their relationship scared me the mom seemed toxic but this seem warned my heart
u confused it with janet from alvin and the chipmunks its eleanor
Paxton's parents are also good, although I feel they're too soft on their kids and need to give 'him some tough love at times, or atleast encourage them to strive for excellence!
Paxton's Grandpa is the best amongst all imho!
“Oh thank god, our Marseilles trip is still on!” 😂
"Fall in love with a person, not the gender.".... Every child deserves a great parent like this.
#HappyPrideMonth :-)
I loved the phrase!
One of the things I love most about this is that Fabiola's mum is clearly shocked, but she's quick to reassure her that she's not disappointed. She needs a moment, she's processing, but no she's not disappointed. It just feels like such a real and genuine reaction. Fabiola is freaking out and assuming the worst, and Fab's mum is allowed to feel whatever initial whirl of emotions she feels, but reassuring her daughter takes precedence over everything.
Fabiola is my favorite character
Mine too
And she is the matured one among all the characters
She's attractive

She’s like the best mother ever. If I ever told this to my mom, she’d take one chappal and chase me out of the country itself. Desi moms you know. Well actually my mother isn’t that bad, she’s quite modern, so I guess she’d be kinda okay with it? I don’t knw.....
hey bestie!! i totally know abt desi moms, and living in america def hasn't made mine more liberal lmao. make sure that if anything happens, you will be safe and financially stable before coming out, just in case!! if it doesnt work out, you have a whole community supporting you :)
Girl desi moms really are all the same😭✋
Everyone's different, my Desi mom did not freak out when I came out to her as bisexual! And I had many queer Desi friends in college who were out to their parents. However I am Indian American and my family is pretty liberal so that changes things maybe...
My mom loves me very much so she definitely won't chase me out of the house but recently , i've been giving her some hints that i'm gay and she literally told me that she would take me to a psychiatrist if its true ... i am so heartbroken and scared at the same time , i don't think i'll ever be able to tell her about this directly , i'm planning to come out once i become financially stable , i'm 15 so maybe after 12-13 years !!! 😔😔😔
Frrr it be them desi moms! 😭🥲
Her mom is so funny she was so upset by the language change lol the coming out instant acceptance so much together way it should be ..x x x x
This is so beautiful that I’m shedding tears. I wish this was how my mother reacted to me coming out
Mee too
100th like
She is such a beauty though! I mean Fabiola but even her mom!
We want second season of never have I ever
i think we might get one
July 2021! I’m so excited
Coming the 27 of July I believe
It's 15 July ❤️
Yeah
Fabiola's mom is parenting goals!
One of the best scenes of the series
This scene literally brought me to tears .....
Imagine your Indian mom in the scene
I'm dead already Ó╭╮Ò
don’t even.
My mom took it pretty well. Indian moms looks tough but in the end for them nothing matters more than their kids happiness. ❤️❤️
@@vaisakhshankrajan1297 Do you really think that? I've been wanting to tell my mom for a while but haven't done anything.
@@deblinachanda3690 every mom is different, if anyone feels the need to come out you should, it can help you in so many aspects of your life.
@@siame9671 Of course, I know that. I've come out to all my friends and even my younger sister in 4th grade. The only people I haven't told are my parents.
Still getting goosebumps.
cutest scene. don’t object.
This scene broke my heart and put it back together
this scene is so cute omg
It is so sweet what her mom said when she came out to her mom
This scene made me cry
Real life parents: SIKE
This reaction was just so wholesome
This scene always makes me cry because it reminds me of my coming out
One of my favorite scenes💜💜 Loved it💜💜💜
I love how she was more worried about their Marseilles trip 😂
Cant help it, but the mom's facial expression was just priceless 😂😂😂 0:49, then saying I'm trying to process made it funnier and more awkward.
Nothing wrong what she did but I personally think she could have handled that better by responding right away saying something like " ok nice, good for you" and keep going
I really wish this would have been the reaction I got
Happy pride ❤💛💚💙💜
All for love , love for all
Happy pride month
what episode was this
Character: *lacks character development*
Netflix: _Make them gay_
No offense it's just a joke but Netflix has been doing it for years
😂😂
Im not against anything, but you know, if you think about it, it is true.
Exactly
@Mashal Imam someone can be gay and have character too.
The knock at the end.. Eric collecting free cake
Coming out: okay sure

happy new year
My name is Fabiola
Mine too
netflix india needs to stop spoiling the series by uploading videos like this
um how's it spoiling?
Second season when?
no, first.
I’m not gonna lie, I don’t really get it when people have family problems because my family just doesn’t care about me at all.. Like I could just call down the stairs from my room and be like “HEY MOM? I THINK I’M GAY..” And my mom would just be like. “COOL I DON’T ACTUALLY CARE THOUGH” Then I would be like “I KNOW JUST LETTING YOU KNOW” And then she would be like. “WELL DON’T” and I’ll be like “K”. And that’s what usually happens when I want to tell my parents something important 😅 The good thing is they don’t care about my grades, if I’m drinking, smoking, dating, etc, but the bad thing is I have to buy clothes and food with my own money, they forget me a lot in stores and stuff, and they don’t care if I’m being bullied or hurt in any sort of way. 😢
Season 2 is coming or not
A new season is coming, they did an announcement video on Facebook :)
It's coming out this year thankfully
When is Season 2?
I wanna know too
It's coming in 2021😍😍

Why did she say ''Gay'', isn't Lesbian more apt????
It got me confuse again.
She could be Bi. But I think the main reason she didn't say lesbian is because the word 'lesbian' is really sexualised in the media. And most girls are scared to use it.
@@spooky0432 oooooohhkkk
Gay and lesbian are often used interchangeably by gay women! There's nothing wrong with either
Second
I wishhh my mom was like this she said I’m gonna go to hell and she hates that abt me 😕. I’m not even 16 yet .
I’m so sorry that happened. That is not ok. You deserve to be loved and hear that you are loved. I hope that first and foremost you feel physically secure even if she is not making you feel emotionally secure right now. I also hope that with time she is able to see the error of her ways, because sometimes it just takes time. I hope that you are getting support from your friends and other family members. And overall I hope that you go on to find love and joy. This time in your life may feel like it goes on forever, but it is temporary.
That's a rough deal.
My sister had a gay best friend in high school. He's in his 30s now, and his parents still can't fully accept it. Especially his father; apparently he's pretty much disowned him.
My sister lost contact with him for a while. Apparently he got into a relationship with a really controlling man; so much so that he couldn't even attend her wedding.
Luckily, he broke up with that guy, and is now in a committed relationship with a nice man. They are awesome uncles to my sister's kids. Not only that, but my niece is also his god-daughter.
We haven't been able to see them due to Covid. But we will again soon enough. They are not just friends, but in a very profound way, they are also family.
The point is that, unfortunately, not everybody will be accepting. That is just what people are like, and family members are no exception.
But those that do accept you for who you are, no matter what... they are the ones worth cherishing forever.
And I can only hope you will find them some day.
Netflix India please
Dark season Hindi language me dubbed karo please
Nooooooo
It's not GAY, it's 'LESBIAN'
Gay is used for both , but yeah there is another term too , but lesbian people can call themselves gay , it's for both
it's an umbrella word
Gay is a gender neutral term actually. So either can use it
Netflix is the biggest LGBT+ Ally. Where Disney+ be releasing "Laxmi Bomb" a Transphobic movie, Netflix is releasing these beautiful stories with leading Indian characters.
How can you take this scene seriously when her name is Fabiola, lol.
There is nothing wrong with her name. I Think it's actually a cool and unique name.
Had to stop after the third episode. This disgusts me. She’s the only one that dressed how she wanted, did robotics, and felt uncomfortable getting her nails done… that makes her gay!?
Horrible.
I also grew up getting clothes in the boy section, playing outside all day, video games, and later engineering, Also having no interest in ever partaking in stereotypical “girl things” like my sister wanted.
It’s called being an uninfluenced kid…
So offensive
It’s against God’s law
Stfu
Which means nothing to non Christians
I am christian and I believe God law is for u to love who u want he made you the way you are!❤
