🔺Recipes!
Moroccan Stew:
I didn't add as much turmeric (you can see I ran out during this video!), I swapped the squash for sweet potato and I also added 1 bag of riced cauliflower.

Chickpea Blondies:
You'll see a couple options in this recipe. I used applesauce, spelt flour & almond butter for those options. I also swapped the sugar for maple syrup and added 1 tsp. vanilla extract & walnuts!

Buffalo Chickpeas:
I used less aquafaba (reduced to 1/8 cup) & increased the Frank's hot sauce to 1/4 cup. I'd also recommend subbing the aquafaba for cashew cream. Yum!

Thank you so much Maddie, I really really enjoyed watching you create those recipes. I absolutely love ❤️ chickpeas and I’m trying as many recipes as I can. Please stay safe and well too xxxx Mags ❤❤❤❤
You're so welcome! I love chickpeas too. They are just the best! Glad you enjoyed the recipes. 🥰🥰
I love chickpeas! Could you do this videos with other beans too?
Yes!! Definitely any bean for the stew. The others I’d recommend any other white bean just because of the color. If the color doesn’t bother you then really any bean will work in any of them! Enjoy. 😊😊
I just found your channel, and am absolutely loving your videos! Subscribed!
Aww thank you so much, Laura! So happy to have you here and so glad you're enjoying! 🤗💕🌱
Looks so yummy will be doing them all
Yay! So glad to hear that! Enjoy. 🤗💕
Great ideas! 💜🌞💜
Thanks, Tracey! Glad you enjoyed! 🤗🤗
Awesome, I love chickpeas. Falafel is a fav! Thank you for posting!
You're very welcome! I love them too and love trying new ways to use them. 😋 Falafel is a a great one!! Haven't made them in a while. 😄
I also love falafel, but typically would make those in the warmer weather.
I love this video. Thank you so much for making it. I do make a lot of chickpeas and it’s nice to have other recipes. Also, I have made your no tuna chickpea many times, your recipe is so delicious that I made it twice this week. Thank you for sharing that! Full disclosure, I do use vegan mayonnaise and I like it. Makes the sandwich much creamier.
Aww yay! So happy to hear that!! 🙌🏻🙌🏻 Hahaha I’m glad you love the no tuna chickpea! And I think vegan mayo is a great addition… I just never liked mayo even before going vegan so I’ve never tried adding it. 😆😆 I sometimes wonder if I would like the vegan version. 🤔🤔😂
Great video!
Thank you so much! 🤗🤗
I’m trying the wrap.
🤩🤩 Excellent choice!
Every single one of these sounds awesome. Thank you so much!
You’re welcome! So glad you enjoyed 🤗🤗
Fantastic video and great recipes. Going to try all 5 but the Moroccan Stew sounds yummy 😋 and so does the Chickpea No Tuna. Love 🥰 the video and love 💕❤️ Maddie & Q.
Thank you David! The Moroccan stew was excellent!! Highly recommended and so easy to make too. 😋 Love to you and your family as well. 💕
I want to make the buffalo chickpea sandwich filling! Yum! And I'm checking out your cheese sauce! You're making me hungry!
I just made a huge batch of the cheese sauce this weekend and it’s half gone already. 😂😂 It’s so good!
@@LetsEatPlants that's my plan! Oh, and I have to make more chickpea salad. I think I'll do your recipe this time!
@@BettyHorn Nice! Enjoy! 😋😋
@@LetsEatPlants 😋😋😋
I really Like Chickpeas. Thanks for the ideas.
I love them too! You're very welcome & glad you enjoyed. 🤗🤗
MMM... i love chickpeas. Such great inspo for my favorite bean. I am most excited to try the blondies. I have made chickpea chocolate chip cookies, but never tried the blondies. They look really decadent while still pretty healthy :)
Yay! So glad you enjoyed! Those blondies are sooo good. My husband's family came over with vegan donuts and I still chose the blondies over the donuts, that's how good they are. 😂😂 I've made chickpea cookies before too, but I liked the texture of these blondies a bit better. 😋
I'm excited to try the chickpea cheese sauce. I am making my chickpeas this morning. I make in the instant pot. Planning to make Brittany Jaroudi's African Peanut Stew which I love! Check it out on CZcams when you get a chance. Also she has an amazing chickpea Blondie as a membership recipe that uses date paste instead of maple syrup that I adore!
Ooooh nice! You'll have some chickpeas ready to use then! I'll have to try Brittany's African Peanut Stew! This Moroccan stew actually reminded me of African Peanut stews I've had before... I was tempted to add 1 TBL of peanut butter into it actually. 😜
@@LetsEatPlants then you should love her stew, I put the peanut powder mixed with water in at the end. Just gives a nice richness to it!
@@donnabaker1707 I’ll check it out! Thank you for the suggestion! 🤗
Thanks for sharing 🥰 I've been making your oil free hummus for well over a year and it's a weekly staple in our house! So I'm ready to branch out haha. Will definitely make the chickpea sandwich spreads they look delicious. It all looks so yummy. Ps I've still got that massive bag of red lentils, what was I thinking 🤦♀️😂😂😂
Yay! The chickpea sandwich spreads are perfect for summer sandwiches so good timing for you on that one (finally! 😝).
I will make another vid like this with red lentils!! I’m sure there’s lots you’ll be able to do with them for fall & winter recipes. Don’t worry, we’ll get them used up!!! 😆
@@LetsEatPlants Ha I'm sure you'll come up with some fab choices for lentils. I've got so far as Red lentil hummus. It was really flavourful but the chickpea hummus is way quicker and easier so I guess I'm just lazy haha you made those red lentil wraps... did you make a red lentil pasta sauce? Opposite seasons has its advantages...I can plan ahead when not being a lazy 🐄😂
@@samantharose2759 Oooh yes, I remember you mentioning the red lentil hummus! Yes, I've done red lentil wraps & pizza crust.. lots of soups, those are always easy... haven't done a pasta sauce yet! It's a great one for using lentils. I'm pretty lazy myself and usually just do jarred sauce with the lentils thrown in there for about 10 minutes on the stovetop. I'm going to have to see what new recipes I can find too. 🤩🤩 Btw.. love the new profile pic!! 🤗💕
@@LetsEatPlants 🥰 thought it was time to update, I'm not even sure how old that other one was haha
Wouldn't have thought to throw lentils in with a jarred sauce. Genius idea! X
You should make a hindi version of this video for indian viewers
Looking delicious! Thanks for sharing another delicious creation from your kitchen! I’m happy to learn from you! You’re welcome in my kitchen (aka my cooking channel) anytime! Let’s cook together! Okay
Thank you! So glad you enjoyed. 😊😊
Where do u get kumbo?
I get it from our local Asian market! But you can also get it on Amazon: amzn.to/49gM6kp 😊😊
@@LetsEatPlants thank u for ur response
I love organic chickpeas for their taste and versatility! Thanks for these recipes. I also use chickpeas to make the best easily-made delicious organic vegan burgers, many at a time, freezing them. (Free of toxic soy, glyphosate (Round-Up), methylcellulose and Gate's-free (lab-made heme "meat", Impossible/Beyond/all heme brands in which human fetal tissue jab-pusher Gates, is an investor, made with God knows what) Chickpeas make for a courser vegan burger than those made with pinto/black beans. (Organic chickpeas, organic mushrooms, sautéed organic onion and garlic, organic bread crumbs, organic oat flour, organic flax egg, organic seasonings of choice. Bake 350°, 30 mins, one side, flip, 15- 20 mins, other side.) FOOD FOR THOUGHT: Non-GMO is not synonymous with organic. Learn what qualifies as Non-GMO vs. organic. Everyone should be eating ONLY organic plant food.
Yum! 🤩🤩 I haven't found a good chickpea burger that I like. Do you have one you recommend?
