Halafu pia kenyans need to understand lane speeds, overtaking sides and indicating on major highways. Kwanza thika road, the most inner lane ni ya express movement, halafu unapata jamaa na nduthi anaenda 50, people need to learn
Overtaking while others are overtaking without thinking about how much distance is still remaining, I've had to exit my lane many times to let miscalculated oncoming drivers to finish overtaking and this is very dangerous,
Another one you should emphasize on is people who refuse to keep left on the climbing lane, mtu ako na gari slow na amekatalia climbing lane this is very frustrating
Very common and dangerous…chain overtaking
Also oncoming traffic that encroaches on your lane simply bcz mko Na climbing lane upande wenu. Very dangerous esp if they find you overtaking the vehicle on the climbing lane
On Meru-Embu h/way, this is rampant
😅😅 I have experienced that scenario, very frustrating. Gari haiendi na jamaa hatoki kwa speed lane. I had to force him out by several flashlights constantly until he had to give way.
Hio ya Gari slow manze, passo inakataa golf ipite 😆😆😆
It's great to hear some Defensive Driving tips coming up knowledge is power. Human Reaction time vs Mechanical reaction time so real
well said & dont forget Tailgating, folks don't realize how particularly dangerous this behaviour is! lets try to maintain safe separation distance!
Tailgating you're spot on it's not once or twice that I had to let go the accelerator so that a cowboy who was getting so close I could smell his sweat to let him overtake I get jittery when I see this.
In the Next Episode, Please address the issue of Headlights, some people drive Full Beam full time and all. And In Driving School we dont have Night Lessons🤔 Infact An episode on Driving Etiquette at Night would be Awesome!
Unfortunately, some are not even aware that cars have switches for low and high beams.
Kwanza guys who drive at night with full headlights even when you show them to dim their a little bit...they intentionally flash you the highest beam ....so annoying coz that momentary blindness is dangerous
I agree
I am stuck at the point of loud music! I cringe when I see some drivers with headphones and earphones on!!! Its just CRAZY and STUPID! I have literally forced a few off the road to talk sense into them...
You're the one who's crazy and stupid here. Why force people off the road? Did you stop to think they're using those headphones and earphones as hands-free communication devices in place of using an actual phone? Ama you think what's in your head is the only reason other drivers can wear headphones? Ingekuwa ni mimi umefanyia hivyo ungerudi nyumbani ukiwa na nundu kadhaa.
Exactly this will be discussed in our subsequent video
I witnessed an Umoinner driver get his bus rammed by a train simply because of this a while back. He had passengers onboard.
@@markmainak too bad

Very educative content thanks for the episode 👍
hard truth, but very a serious advice people should embrace given that our roads are not good.we surely need to keep check of our driving skills & concentration on the road and improve. Great content wokabi.
I just discovered your channel. I like your content and of course I have subscribed.
I didn't know about the driving bare foot thing 😲 wueh!
On the part of music, my experience has been that certain genres of music hype me to drive faster than usual. I have learnt to listen to music at moderate volume.
amazing lesson ...I've learned alot
Good insights Wokabi. This is very important
Good and insightful content
Well covered driving habits that are very helpful, Thanks

this is so educative bro.....waiting for much more as these.....kwanza hapo kwa "body parts I depressing the brakes😁"
Thanks or this refresher course.
This afternoon a lady in a Honda fit was involved in a terrible accident on Northern bypass heading to Kahawa west. The recipes for this accident were, high speed, the lady was talking on the phone with hubby, and she tried to overtake a motorcyclist carrying some bags of charcoal recklessly. She hadn't noticed seen the oncoming car, and when she did, she swerved to avoid a head on, hit the motorcyclist, and her car somersaulted and flipped upside down into the storm drain besides the load. The cyclist was saved by the charcoal he was carrying, as the car rolled over them, but she was badly injured....the advise given above is amazing, but I wonna insist, full attention when driving, leave toying with phones.
Sjai comment kwa carnvasology ....very insightful ...insights as always
For shure i can tell this is one of your favourite VOLVO 's and mannn!!! The interior 👌 LOVE IT ❤ 😍 💖
From TZ, very true about open shoes
Wokabi and team, an episode about car hire sensitization could be good, my idea
Always keep left unless overtaking especially in dual carriage highways
Kabisa.
Very informative
Well explained. i learnt.
We need more of these, EDUCATIVE
Thank you for watching
Good work
Hi, kindly I need your advice and assistance about Toyota Prado j95 Diesel, engine KZ and others.. which type is the best..
Finally, a new episode🎆
Issue of overtaking. Most kenyans dont understand their engine power and their capacity to overtake fast.Mtu ako na 850cc...and overtaking in a hilly road with close proximity to other cars.
😂😂😂😂 anafikiri ako Na Ferrari
850cc overtaking what on a hill? Maybe an oxcart 😂
Hehe wako na machine 🤣🤣
Interesting
Good info... What we never learn in driving schools
Thank you for watching and yes this is never taught in driving schools
Erick..please talk about use of climbing lanes..you find a slow guy right in the middle hapo escarpment and refuses to give way by keeping to the left-most lane so as to allow faster drivers to pass
Good content Mr Wokabi
Wakabi we need more car reviews of cars with budget less 1 mil...zenye ni foreign used....achana na the Nissan note na the rest ...others...hizi zenye ni less 1mil na hazijulikani vile
quite informative , kindly teach drivers about using roads like Thika superhighway , you find a guy doing 50kph on the inner lane
😂😂😂hapo kwa lady drivers wueeh,,Very informative..Thanks Wokabi
Please talk about plugs too. We have a serious problem selecting the best plug for our cars. Thanks.
Congratulations 🎉 bro....I left when the subs were below 100k🙈😁but now am back.
You need to be NTSA ambassador bana. This is suuuch great content!!!!
True. Unspoken rule, sandals are usually prohibited and in some cases banned when driving, in gyms, in factory floors, construction sites, etc.
Love the tips! Esp looking ahead & being observant of current & distant sorroundings...especialllly when nduthis are around. Lately been noticing that most nduthis don't yield or check when joining a road...mutu anatokea shwaaaaaa! na wee uko speed. So mtu ka huyo ukisense atajaribu hiyo ujinga unapiga honi kutoka pali uko coz they don seem to treasure their lives
Hapo kwa sandals, I remember that warning notice in the driving school I went to..sandals and heels.
How about the hoodie sweaters... are they available?
Hi Wokabi. In terms of 3 and 9 O'Clock steering what about those with disabilities especially with one hand?
Dope vidaa
Nice lecture Sir
Great insite Erick
How you steer the staring wheel at the end, (with one hand) is it recommended??
Good Information though
Educative sir
Long time , welcome back mr
We all have that one friend who drives while on the phone while tuning the radio while changing gears with a 🚬/ beer bottle in hand and a shawrie in the passenger seat
Beer bottle in hand.... In a car,, in kenya...?? Is this realy allowed?
pia sijawi pata reply yako ya comparison ya honda fit shuttle hybrid and non- hybrid on their good and bad
That's a good one
Thank you for watching
Liking it. Good job
Thank you
Hi Eric, have you done carnvesation over the VW variant or any other Variant avaible? kindly tag the link here.
The mobile phone is such a hazard to a driver because they become TOTALLY distracted. That is how I got hit by a careless driver some years ago. She veered off from her lane and ended up on the pedestrian path and hit me from behind. She dumped me at Nairobi Women's Hospital and took off
Pole sana
Pole Sana, we feel the need of doing more of this for education purposes
Oh sorry Lydia. . .that was wrong
Erick labour needs to deliver mayback if possible the one 550
kindly do a video of drivers to learn to turn on their lights in situations when its a little bit dark outside especially when the clouds zimefungana, labda kunakaa kunyesha. some drivers assume since its not at night lights should not be turned on.
and also try to find for us other road code that we can use to help other drivers around us and also us personally.. like for instance when one wants to overtake na labda hakuwa ameona an oncoming car you will find the driver infront of u will turn his/her left indicator to let you know that its not safe or when letting another driver enter the road one might blink his / her headlight once....e.t.c
Why was Toyota Allion and premio nameplates discontinued by Toyota? We need a review on the car nameplates that have been discontinued and they are still on our roads, pros and cons of buying a discontinued vehicle. Kampala uganda
Please do a video on buying a locally used cars.
btw you havent filmed a challenge ...would love to see that
Wakabi you have forgotten the most important thing a Kenyan can do on the road!!! And that is Kenyans NOT WEARING SEATBELTS.
it's the number killer on the Kenyan highway.
That airbag will not eave you without a seatbelt
Very good pointers. I especially agree with driving in closed shoes.
Would you kindly address how drivers throw bikers off the road when overtaking on highways. I am a biker and the number of times nimerushwa off the road, despite being on the right lane is both very scary and sickening.
I've always had a fight with guys who feed the steering wheel. Mine is either 9/3pm or 9/2pm
Chief, the phone number you provided under the description doesn't work.
How can I change my nissan knote stereo to English please
Nimependa hiyo story ya mkono sambusa, I know my brother love to do that🤣🤣🤣😍😍
great job there pia ... i would like more explanation on legality of folding the back seat to create more room for luggage, because we were once stopped for doing the same na kupigwa fine just because of not having commercial insurance and the address and reflectors.
again can we get an upclose and candid review of the nissan nv200
this looks like an interesting topic to be looked up.
No matter how much you try to uplift your life utapata enemies in the name of police, kanjo, kra, sijui licenses na sijui nini and they will never have sensitisation workshops to educate people on this things they catch you for

are sandals and opens shoes the same things
Is it 9:00 or quarter to 3 or quarter past 9?
Loud music will interfere of even being aware of what's happening around u.
Incase other drivers are hooting to warn u of something, u might miss it.
Wokabi ,that part of ladies leaning towards the steering ,wueh.nimeshindwa kudrive straight IL try.
On footwear.Kindly confirm if open shoes with straps all around are ok for driving
Truly the driving curriculum needs to be reviewed.
1. Things like situational awareness and a creating safety cushion need to be standard instead of only defensive driving.
2. Reaction time needs to be emphasized especially at turning points; some people don't indicate, or still turn abruptly, and we have far too many stories of accidents that came that way. We need to emphasize on not only our own reaction time but that of others.
3. Distractions need to be addressed as passengers being the driver's keeper. You can't see if the next car's driver is distracted but the passenger can. We are the ones to take charge of each other's safety.
4. Sitting position! Comfort is king.
5. Overtaking as well - too many assumptions end up hurting people.
What I'd like to see:
1. How to drive when your visibility is suddenly obscured (e.g. by high beam).
2. Lane use - too many drivers hog lane space making it hard for other drivers to anticipate their next move. Especially on unmarked lanes like Mombasa road, it's getting out of hand.
3. A culture change from assuming that the next driver is mad because it doesn't serve safety. We all need safety. I think we'd drive differently knowing that the next driver is a parent or sibling instead of an insane person incapable of reasonable consideration or action.
I’m from Singapore and it’s cazy how basically everyone here is distracted while driving probably on their phone or with “adult content” but no one crashes usually.
Fanya review ya this Volvo
I've been with a number of people who don't know the meaning of road signs..... Quite sad
Kidogo umeonea waseee wa Subaru 😃😃
Bonga kuhusu makunguru wa Voxy, Noah na Toyota Wish🙂 high beams, tail gating
I don't even have a working radio in my car. I am so uncomfortable when driving while playing music. I don't even talk to anyone when driving.

14:42 Finishes video driving with one hand like "dere wa nganya"😂 Wakabi nimekuona
This content creator actually enjoyed his video too🌝
I WATCHED THIS ALLURING EPISODE ON 18/08/2022
Thank you for watching
Wokabi ,Wokabi 14:42 you forgot and became a matatu driver🤣
Am so used to driving with one hand🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️. Mikono mbili is not my thing. I even failed my road test when I first came to US juu ya kutumia one hand waah!!
One more thing could be how people put water bottles under the driver's seat.,., It may roll forward and get stuck under the brake pedal rendering it useless in time of need hence an accident

Ngoma loud ukidrive fast should be automatic no,i usually switch off my system i find it messes with my concentration
