- Palermo Hollywood is a well-known area of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, which includes a sector of the Palermo neighborhood delimited by Juan Bautista Justo, Córdoba, Dorrego and Santa Fe avenues.
It is not officially recognized as one of the 48 Buenos Aires neighborhoods.
This sector of the Buenos Aires neighborhood of Palermo, although located beyond the Maldonado stream, in what was originally the Belgrano District, has been named in this way due to the concentration since the beginning of the 21st century of television production companies and television channels. However, it is a traditional neighborhood its institutional landmark is the centenary Club Atlético Palermo that emerged in the inter-urban interstice between the old city of Buenos Aires and the town of Belgrano in times of the Great Immigration at the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century. Some distinguished neighbors, such as Charly García, renamed the neighborhood Palermo Bagdad. The old neighbors prefer to call it by its old name: Quinta Bollini.
The headquarters and studios of the film-television production company Aries Cinematografía Argentina were in this neighborhood until its disappearance.

Lindo barrio. Lo único malo es el aprovechamiento turístico. Un piso allí sale el triple que en otro barrio igual de lindo en Bs as. Tanto para rentarlo o como para comprarlo. Nose que te pareció a vos? Muy lindo video. ☺️
Para mi fue un sitio bonito. Un barrio ideal para vivir con muy buen ambiente. Una zona para tener en cuenta. Sí, el precio está carito, pero si lo comparas con España es super barato.
