at 13:07 princess does not summon since the flamberge is no longer on board to get popped. and princess states "destroy them, and if you do, special summon this monster"

Princess does summon, them refers to “as many as possible” and as the modifier “them” was fulfilled despite only one was destroyed, promethean summons out. “Both” would have to be the modifier for it to function as you say
