no one else could have ever played Cas the way Misha has for the past 12 years!! Just to think that the Angel Castiel was supposed to be on spn for like.. what? a season? And remember when they supposedly tried to kill him off in s7 and was then brought back into the show after 15 episodes because he was just THAT missed and loved? good times.
I'm gonna be honest with you, I have never REALLY noticed Cas' character development until I sat down and started this very video. I MEAN COME ON, THE WAY HE CAME ON THE SHOW AS THIS "EMOTIONLESS" ANGEL WHO DIDN'T EVEN REALLY KNOW WHAT BEING SORRY FELT LIKE-
AND HE ENDED UP SACRIFICING HIMSELF FOR A VERY SPECIAL HUMAN, WHILE DECLARING HIS PLATONIC/ROMANTIC LOVE FOR HIM, WITH TEARS STREAMING DOWN HIS FACE AND THE BIGGEST FUCKING SMILE HE HAS EVER WORN ON THE SHOW. I'm ok.

(idk if he'll be in the last two episodes, we'll have to see; supposedly Misha wasn't on set for either one of those episodes but other sources also state that he is supposed to be in 15 episodes this season and he has only been in 13 so far - I really do not know what to believe anymore lol)

Iâve always seen Cas as this person who is barely noticed by others (other characters) but is missed when heâs gone. Because he was always there. He always tried to do the right thing. He was always blamed for stuff, misunderstood. He cares so much, he would do anything for his loved ones to be safe. He feels responsible for them. Thatâs why I never understood anti-Cas people, his haters- like why would people hate him? I know heâs made mistakes but he always wanted good and honestly it was not his fault if his plans have failed. Some people are calling him useless... when heâs anything BUT useless. He gave this show another meaning! For a long time I watched it mainly because of him. I believe that if not his character and Mishaâs acting- the show would be just empty.
Not to mention, heâs had the BIGGEST and the BEST EVER character development. He came to Earth as this badass yet kinda heartless angel. Then he met dean and they became friends at first. It was dean who made him reject heaven, it was dean who made him feel things for the first time. But Cas has also changed dean. Cas was always there to remind him of his worth and who he really is.
Overall, Casâs character was and still IS needed. He was/is my comfort character. He makes me feel safe and happy. I think many people know what I mean. And I will be DEVASTATED if he wonât be brought back. Mainly because I wanna hear dean say the L word back to him. I want Cas to know that someone LOVES him. I think Iâm not the only one who noticed, that not many people have said it to him and I feel like he needs to hear it.

I can't express just how much I love cas. I mean literally all his ' screw ups' were just him trying to do the right thing. He's so selfless and sacrificing and has so much love for the people he loves and I'm so grateful that he has been with us for 11 seasons. Cas is just...... Perfect. This is an amazing tribute to him

He sacrificed everything for the Winchesters, his grace, heaven, his brothers. He did everything for them specifically Dean but the one thing that truly leaves me heartbroken is that he was never happy during all of this his only true moment of happiness was when he finally let himself go. He was prepared to die if it meant the man he loved the man he would never let himself love got to live and that kills me. Castiel was a truly an angelic being with a heart of gold. "Goodbyes aren't always forever" this one sure as hell better not be.

Misha Collins is one hell of an actor. So are Jensen Ackles and Jared Padalecki... the show is not a show anymore. It has become a part of my life. Don't know what I'm going to do after it's over. Just 2 episodes left. Can't believe it.
Castiel was around two extraordinary humans and therefore developed emotions. Then Jack came along, someone who seemed like him who needed guidance and all he did since he sided with the Winchesters was give love and hope and protection. I'm going to miss Cas and Misha on my screen so so much.

Oh Castiel. I remember starting to watch Supernatural once he showed up, and stuff was hard for me then. My love for his character, and subsequently the show, really bolstered my spirits. Such an important little tid-bit in my life. I'll never, NEVER, forget him. Man, he deserved everything he could ever want, and all he gets, is it eventually taken away. Oh... how can it be over? Why must his happiness only last a moment?
This was so very perfect. Thank you for putting in the effort to make this. It encapsulates so lovingly and immaculately what makes Castiel wonderous, what makes him so loved. What attached me to his character in the first place.

I just so mad like Castiel better come back ,like Iâm not accepting this as his end yet until the series it actually over,but if this is his end then Iâm happy with this ending because Misha likes the ending of Castiel and I like that he was at least able to give a goodbye speech to Dean before he was dead and he saved Dean which probably made Castiel happy that he could do that so if both Castiel and Misha are happy then Iâm good.

I remember that Misha said that he was supposed to be as guest star for couple of episodes of Supernatural. Cas changed so much in such a good way in whose 12 years. When I'm thinking about that Cas from season 4 with stick in his butt and I'm so glad that he met Winchesters. He really became human - other angels saw this as weakness but I see this as strenght because he could FEEL something and not be cold, wooden like other angels. Thank you Cas, for everything.â€

Wow, this made me cry so much, I'm so sad that Castiel was eventually killed off, but he's changed us all and also the Winchesters. The engraving of his name next to all of theirs in episode 19 was just so heartwarming, he deserved to be there, he has always thought of all of them as his family and done so much for them since.
It's very difficult for me to say goodbye to him and just let him go (even more than the show itself), because this is probably my favorite character and, may everyone forgive me, I love him a little more than Dean and Sam. And I will always love Misha for such a well played role. This show was my second family and always will beâ„ïžâ€ïž
