From my perspective the fight would be more difficult for Optimus although I did not remember him being so brutal in combat because the titans have withstood impacts from missiles, laser beams, acid attacks, etc.

For those idiots who think the titans are more durable than Optimus first of all y'all have no idea what you're talking about, in the bayverse comics it's stated that transformers are made out of Cybertronian metal which not only is more durable than Titanium, aluminium and even diamonds combined. It can also heal itself. Prime can beat 3 of the titans without grimlock. But he will sure struggle in doing so but I still think he'll still take the W. Now for those dummies who thinks UTTVM can solo Optimus you're an absolute moron for thinking about that, Optimus is faster than titan TV man and way way way more skilled and has way way way more experience (Optimus prime is over 9 million years old according to the bayverse comics). Just because titan TV can stun, teleport, survive lasers, rockets and missiles, and bigger dosen't mean he is stronger, he may have more abilities than Optimus but Optimus literally fought against many more enemies with even more broken abilities like the fallen and quintessa. Both those characters can probably solo all 3 titans and we're not even talking about Unicron.

Really though, it's their animation that goes the way they chose to make it. I also don't think he'd win (Screen is OP, plus their durability is from what we've seen higher than what Prime can reliably dish out and the titans are capable of incredible stuff) but again, it's their work that goes they way they want it to.
Personally I'd say they team up, after AOE he's still about defending Earth and the humans, same goal the Alliance has. I see no reason why they'd fight if they actually met other than for a fight animation like this. They DID do an amazing job though
