    People want to avoid jury duty and often it’s easier then you think. Many lawyers hate when jurors understand they are the defendants last stand. As such just say you believe in he jurors right to nullification

    If you look good it will probably be not guilty. If you don't it will probably be guilty. America is obsessed with appearance.

    This is why the jury system does not work. Trials should be based on facts and logic not on this man on the street shit who don't know or even have to follow the law.

      That's mean white judges black victims, prisons will be filled of blacks, executions rooms would work 24/7

      Jurors are suppose to follow what the law says, so if there’s no evidence or not enough to prove it they’re suppose to find them not guilty.

      @AliciaMarchant i dont think i could ever be a good juror because i dont agree with a lot of the laws in the usa. Were supposed to be free so if they are trying to prosecute someone and there is not a victim , im saying innocent every time.

    Alright- not only does this not really talk about any sort of "look at jury selection." I don't even know what the heck this guy even does. Whoever put this story together should be fired.

    If you don't like the way they look, GUILTY! Don't even look at the evidence, just GUILTY

    You dont need a jury whisperer you need to make people who are on state assistance or unemployment do jury duty. They have been payed by the state this the way you pay back the state through civil duty.

      it's better than a single judge deciding your faith.

    • @SA_Rocket

      If you're someone who took a sentence that you deem unfair, would you feel better or worse if 10 people all agreed that you are guilty instead of a single judge?

    • @maing7044
      @maing7044 Před 2 lety

      @@SA_Rocket I know what you meant. I just thought it would better if that 10 people have some credibility/qualifications about laws or certain subjects.. that would help make better decisions instead of choosing random people on the street

      It's not their job to "know the laws", that's the lawyers and judges job
