I have a theory
"when you mess with time it tends to mess back" tony says this when thanos attacked on avengers after hulk's snap in avengers endgame. So, when logan goes to past to save his present in "Days of future past" he was able to save his own future and this logan can be that logan who did mess with time and that's why he is in this situation.
What if Cassandra was responsible for his universe's incursion, and the Cassandra in the movie is a different one from another universe/timeline.

What I feel is that casendra nova will sense that her earth and earth 616 will incusre (it will merge with our earth ) so she will try to find someone who has dealt with this which will be none other than Wolverine but since logan is dead she will find another which will the dipressed Wolverine, which will be a timeline deflection event or whatever it's called, seeing that tva will try to intervene but will fail so they will try to deal with it by taking help of someone who has knowledge of multiverse which will be Wanda or Dr strange but they will realise that if they take help from strange or Wanda will create another timeline deflection so they will try to find someone else who is causing timeline deflection which will be Deadpool as he's playing with cable's time travel device they'll approach him but he'll deny them and get into another timeline where he's with his x force and venessa so tva will force him and threaten him that he won't help they'll prune the timeline but he does they'll spare his new family to which he will agree now Deadpool being Deadpool will cause some Chaos as he will try to get help from casendra and Wolverine to deal with incursion as he wants his new family in earth 616 which will be promised to him by nova he will then leave tva and join forces with Wolverine and casendra seeing this tva will distract them and prune the timeline thinking that the mess has been taken care of but in void they'll meet mordo's varientwhich will open up the portal to casendra's earth and there they will see lady silver surfer she will fight both and get defeated she will tell casendra that it's not her earth that's incusring with 616 rather it's the earth of fantastic 4 so she was here as Galactus wanted to eat casendra's earth but he got to know about the incursion so that's why he'll eat that earth knowing that Deadpool will leave causing distraction seeing that silver surfer will also leave this will be the post credit scene silver surfer will be at the fantastic 4's earth to set up for Galactus where she'll meet fantastic 4
