Actually the arrest of Cassandra Ong is irregular. There is no pending warrant against her. She could not be held liable for harboring of fugitives or obstruction of justice since there was also no warrant against Sheila Guo. Technically Sheila is not a fugitive. The contempt of court warrants from House and Senate are not criminal in nature. Plus No acts of Ong can prove that she assisted Guo in exiting the country. Didnt she meet up with her only in Singapore. The inquest prosecutor should dismiss this one. But I still hope that a proper criminal case can be filed against them forPOGO activities.
