What is Anime Battlegrounds X? well you see, the main objective is where your first sight is to fight enemies right? well you're wrong, you fight people with those who are corrupted with purple orbs or whatever you call them, you can unlock fighters, abilities, and much more with help, they have a traveling system aswell so that you can fight other enemies on a island. and also you have a guy named Jordan for the entire game, thats basically it. and OH MY GOODNESS MY JORDAN-

Im ngl, this game cutscene is incredible. The angle, the movement, the animation its all is really good. Feels like watchin a movie. Definitely top tier cutscene maker

I love how each cutscenes fight style is somewhat related to the anime
I have a theory that the yellow energy our character is in pain of is because he is getting too powerful, I say this because we are rewarded a ability after each boss fight.
I feel like the energy is something like dragon ball super in the tournament of power of Goku went UI after absorbing the spirit bomb because it happened a bit after the fight and taking a spirit bomb straight to the face. So I feel like it's gonna be like a GIANT power boost for the character when he fully unleashed it BUT it's probably gonna also cause mass destruction since the main villain was scared of it and even told him to stop for our OWN sake.

i feel like when he cures somebody, he gets their effects kind off. The people under the curse may have been in pain, but since he cured like a bunch of people he gets more effect? Since its like an eye for an eye.

Some of the people basically theorized about the yellow energy that basically both giving extra strength and also great pain to our character, so I'll probably put mine here:
I think the yellow energy is basically means that our character is getting stronger, basically like the comments said, but I feel like this is either a good thing or a bad thing tbh, because we've seen it like 2 times that our character gets hurt whenever the yellow aura happens, the first one is aftermath of the power arena, usually I don't know how and why that happens, but it is basically that our character gets stronger after each fight. At the tutorial, we don't have that yellow aura because well, you're normal at first and to do training, usually it didn't happened until you reach to the power arena. After that happened, our character is seemingly fine and scaring Jordan too and continue to move on to stop the corruption, we seen briefly each boss fight like in Dara city or Kayden ward (probably got that wrong) in the cutscene, basically just like the other bosses but we see our character uses the yellow energy in a fight without getting hurt in the middle of the battlefield and powering them too. Then in the stadium after the Deku fight, we met Kokuro once again and quickly go into the act, but yet again, our character suffered another yellow aura break and Kokuro seems interested by this that the yellow aura our character produce, she also said that this energy is powerful and quickly wanted that energy, but she removed her hand off and telling us to stop, but we don't know for sure.
So my guess is that either Kokuro wants that energy but cannot be removed so instead she wanted to corrupted us or she's trying to warn us about the aura we have is getting more and more stronger that our character can't seem to handle it because it's too much to handle and control it, remember that too much power CAN kill you though.
Dang why did I always do this sometimes, doing a theory thing over a cutscene from the best game XD, also I really hope that this get has another update for it because I felt like we've missing something.

Oh yeah forgot to mention in the one piece island aftermath cutscene, and I also mentioned about my guess about Kokuro wanted to corrupted us, well it turns out, it actually is, but not really if the devs confirmed it or I'm just too gullible to understand. In the cutscene, she told us that she's just a friendly gal trying to save us, I have a higher suspicion that she's not trying to save us from something (?), Because what are the other plot points were there, instead she's trying to trick us so that she can have the chance to corrupt us, take a look what she did to the other boss fights in the tutorial cutscene, her main target is to only corrupt powerful people and once she saw us getting stronger is by the yellow aura we have, she knew what she had done to do.

yellow energy occurs in dbs t.o.p signifying the power up is too much like in dbz goku's UI, and in MHA like how deku gets hurt every time he uses his power especially in the the tournament when he fought todoroki he got hurt pretty bad because he was tryna get todoroki to use his fire side

at 9:42 it would be cool if you appeared behind all for one (arms crossed btw) and then launch him to the side with a kick then combo from there since we can fly and teleport by then
nah you like tap him on his shoulder and then he looks at the side and you come on the other side with a 360 kick kinda like gojo and then we teleport stop him with our fist and punch him into the ground and then do the sanji diable jambe kick he did

I think the yellow energy could also the downfall of our own character. The more energy he gets from defeating corrupted characters, the more we get stronger. As our yellow energy gets stronger, the risk of us destroying the universe get higher. (Theory)

My theory on the yellow energy
Is that the yellow energy is a aura that the player can't handle that why he keeps going down because it too powerful for him to handle my guess is that he need to go to someone that will need to teach him probably like goku since we beat goku and remove the evil energy he probably help
Or the character will need to train enough since the character just use the powers without the required training so he probably need to train since he worthy but not more worthy to handle the powers
