I’ve got a big problem to understand English people.
Many of them on daily chats speak completely different.
For example I can understand you perfectly, but many of my colleagues speak “another” English 😀

Hello! The best way to improve is to listen to a variety of accents. Try watching videos of English speakers from different places so you can expose yourself to lots of different types of pronunciation :)
