    I do this for glute activation before I deadlift, hip thrust, etc. I use a company called The X bands (booty bands is what I bought). Some CZcamsrs have promotion codes on their channel. Pretty much your looking to pay 35-40 bucks, but you get 5 bands. I can't remember all the weights of the bands, but I do remember the largest band is up to 80lbs. I am 5'5" 145lbs., & I never could get the bands like he's using to work out for me. Uncoordinated, cluts, whatever... Not a professional like these guys, I spent more time adjusting & fighting the bands than actually doing any glute activation.

      I feel the same way! Have you seen results? just found this youtube channel and the ideas they make sense. I thought I just was destined to have a small butt..I had hurt my hips doing aerobics when I was about 17 and I have had pain in my right hip where it gets stuck? I have recently started to train my butt and my hips somewhat to build my muscles and of course size of my butt.. I believe this is what is missing and why I just don't see the results I want.. good luck

    Hey guys I was doing these and I hurt the side of my thigh really bad. Is it possible to really stress the IT Band with this?
