So long as there are negative emotions there will always be hollows. And shinigami are just spirits so they’ll basically never go extinct.

Quincy are a specific bloodline of fullbringers(humans that inherited a fragment of the Soul King); specifically Quincy all inherited a portion of the Soul King’s blood. Presuming Ywhach dies, someone else could be born with enough of the Soul King’s blood to become the progenitor of a new clan of Quincy, but otherwise it’d just be new fullbringers being incarnated
@@-shVdy- That's the thing, Fullbringers are any human with a fragment of the Soul King within them. Quincy have the blood of the Soul King within them, thus they are a specific bloodline of Fullbringers(that predate the term)

And the words "angel" and "devil" aren't used as races in Bleach... and Chad most definitely is not millions of years old, so I have no idea why you think his fullbring predates the Soul King. Maybe read the manga and light novels before claiming people whom haven't read "japanese comics" don't know what they are talking about (I actually read the manga, you clearly haven't).

What throws a wrench in this theory is that Quincies associated with the Ishida such as Katagiri and Masaki who was a cousin of Ryuken and sharing in his blood were both affected by the Auswahlen which then only targeted the Gemischt/impure Quincies.
As for Yhwach, its likely that the dude died multiple times being born into those families which killed the other predecessors to him. Yhwach thus would be the current incarnation of the Quincy progenitor.
Katagiri was Gemischt Quincy. When it comes to Masaki it could be explained by her becoming "impure" the moment she got bitten by White.
There would not have be3n predecessors or there would have been a reference or legend. I mean yhwach name is literally from them worshipping god and they only touched him to get his power it was not conscious effort on yhwach part. Otherwise they'd be like haschwalth i think

@@DBZimran Honestly it's the only explanation that makes sense. But then I have to ask what makes a Quincy "pure"? Is it their genetics, or soul, or combination of both? Because if White was able to "taint" Masakis soul and in the process her body does it mean it "mutated" her?
I think the mention of "there's no Quincy born with the same power in 200 years" was likely said for only Jugram rather than Ywach included which makes sense as Jugram was right there with similar power as Ywach
So Ywach being the origin of all Quincy is still a possible
I think that they are simply the blood descendants of Yhwach, and so, the Soul King.
Pernida and Gerard being the only known exceptions.
Quincy are born as such, and they all have Yhwach's reishi manipulation, and a piece of his soul. Uryuu is the only one ever that cant die from Auswahlen, which means everybody else, pure or impure shares this bond to him. Like Masaki.
Their powers are basically watered down versions of Yhwach's, and Yhwach himself, only has the almighty because he's been feeding on quincy for centuries, he didnt have it as child.
Quincy blood seems to get watered down by merging with regular humans and even impure quincy, making individuals like haschwalth very rare, like recessive genetic traits reapearing generations later.

Hoping to see my fan theory that Ichigo is the next True Quincy confirmed.... all his friends BECAME spiritually aware over time and as HE got stronger, none were born that way, even the "fullbring" ones weren't priore to their relationship with Ichigo, and all the other fullbringers were getting attacked by Hollows/ spiritually aware from a much younger age then Chad and Orihime, and Ichigo is a Hybrid "True Quincy" closer to the soul king then Ywatch or Haschwalth so power he gives out may be more like Fullbring powers than Quincy ones...
That is an amazing theory!! Hoping this is true as well. It would also explain why Ichigo hasn't drawn a regular bow similar to kid Haschwalt. And why he needs to use his zanpakuto to manifest his quincy power, since a zanpakuto is a tool that allows you to easily pour your own soul into.
@@ShinyNumber1 He also started displaying Quincy powers pretty much as soon as two Quincy's he hit with energy attacks ( and thus took in his spiritual power) were killed by other people, these being Ebern and Quilge. As soon as Quilge dies Ichigo began to absorb the Jail almost like he was suddenly able to absorb Reishi like a Quincy.... he couldn't absorb Quilge's reishi the way a normal Quincy would prior to his Quincy powers actually being active, so absorbing the "Jail" CAN'T be what activated them. i think Ichigo and Yhwach probably split Quilge and Eberns power 50/50 since they would have died with both of their spiritual energies in them, and after absorbing one full "Quincys" worth of powers/experience, suddenly Ichigo's use Blut like a pure blood.... like Quilge....

@@justwind6930 Not by birth presumably, but, IF I'm right, and he DID absorb part or all of Quilge or any other Pure Blood Quincy with his reatsu in them when they died, then functionally yes he would be at that point. tho Yhwach pulling some of his powers out later on may undo some of that, hard to tell what end game Ichigo really is lol

My theory is when yhwach shares his soul he overwrites the quincy into his sect. So even quincies from before or different would eventually get amalgamated into the yhwach subset of quincy. Right now ryuken might be the only 1 not in this section.
The soul king is technically the only true pure Quincy because even yhwach was probably born of a human mother which is why all Quincy are human as they are yhwachs descendants if what he says about being the father of all Quincy’s is literal so Quincy are human plus soul king dna

Either Yhwach is reborn or reincarnated over many years or is just the progenitor of the current section of Quincy, and killed out any other clans and united them or killed them under his banner.
I think the 2nd one is the real one, but either way, BOTH can still have him being the son of the Soul King, akin to Jesus being the son of God.

Also a theory but i think it's german where quincy can also mean 5th son. It's a big stretch but yhwach could potentially be the 5th son of the soul king and therefore has rulership over the rest of the quincies

I think Ichibei stated that Quincy existed in the void, but were removed from the cycle, due their souls being destroyed by hollows & their capability to destroy souls. Yhwach was the first Quincy since creation, and the one that brought them back into the cycle of reincarnation.
I've always had a fan theory that The Almighty was essemtially the Soul King's Zanpakuto. His ability to bestow miracles and shape reality around him was his power. When The Soul King was trapped a fragment was sent to earth and ended up inside of a baby that is Juha.
That's why the Shinigami do not have that power. They are beings that exist separately from humans, a part of the cycle of death and rebirth. Quincy are humans blessed by The Almighty. Fullbringers are humans cursed by hollow.

Yhwach at first for me, kinda came across as an extremely powerful coward, until I started looking at it from a war perspective.
He took the least difficult path to reach his goal, which in reality made since. What they did to the Soul King was horrible, and everything after was built on a lie.
If Kubo continues with the hell arc, will we see someone eventually being born similar to Yhwach? Both him and Jugo are dead, wouldn't it be possible now for one of those unique beings to be born? Lets face it, Yhwach and The Soul King aren't just Quincy, they're both hybrid beings who possess world changing abilities, they fit in thier own category, Yhwach just chooses to call himself a Quincy, when in fact he can use other beings abilities.

In the novel, it’s speculated that Gremmy is the brain of the Soul King
If gremmy is truly the brain of the soul king then he doesn't need to drink blood to get a schrift like Gerard and pranida.
