Cristiano Ronaldo trains each day + after the normal training he trains extra for his free kick/tricks and perfecting his play. Because he started football when he was very poor, he secretly helps hospitals/ poor people ect. I know there are a lot of Cristiano haters because his stamina is overwhelming. But that is his football style, outside he is a very caring, sweet and humble man. On youtube there are a few videos about his work outside football.

3:43 It's knuckleball where you hit the ball's center with a lot of energy and the ball takes off with no or minimal spin. Due to the lack of a spin, the trajectory is unstable and the ball changes directions a number of times unpredictably.
Thers is knuckle ball when the trajectory itself changes but if the ball doesnt spin anymore then its called flutter ball. So first you need to learn flutterball and with more power in that you will reach knuckleball

@@canererbay8842 yeah i think so...if the ball doesnt spin then it flutters, so for me it just made sense as i was training to achieve knuckleball. There is also a form called top spin from tennis, but its just a knuckleball that has the trajectory of a topspin, like it goes down and not left or right. But also i speak german so maybe thats the reason..
@@pendarxx3365 but do you mean when it's knuckleball, the ball spins but not in a way that is compatible with the trajectory? Otherwise the lateral curves, top spin and undercuts are basically the same thing where there is the Magnus effect.
@@canererbay8842 sry that i put top spin, yes there is a shot called topspin where the ball spins down and so it curves the ball to the ground but nobody does it because the curve is not easi to control. So when the ball doest spin but stays in the same direction then its calles a flutter ball. When the direction changes and doesnt spin then its called knuckleball (the ball goes either left or right), and when the knuckleball goes down like an arrow, you can call it a topspin(but its in the end also a knuckleball) sorry to confuse you

Great video and thanks for sharing. The shot is a knuckle ball, the ball tends to move in a huge bend towards the area of the ball the stem is at. The stem is where you inflate the ball. So when you take a free kick, you place the stem facing the way you want to make the ball move without spin. Then you have to kick the ball perfectly so there is no spin, still clearing the wall and in a position to wrong foot the goalie. So in free play while the ball is moving this technique is hit or miss, meaning if you don't see the stem, you don't know which way the knuckle will move. Most will then aim at the goalie expecting the knuckle swerve to move it away from the goalie or up or down. This is why you see so many goalies punching the ball away now than they used to, since the knuckle will almost always cause them to spill the ball instead of catching it, so the percentage play is to deflect the ball like a hockey goalie does a puck, instead of trying to catch it. My coach gave me so much grief because I would always try to catch the ball as I came from American Football and was a tight end so catching the ball is what I knew. :) Chris

Is an amazong and extremely difficul shoot that not any1 can do.
I mean,you can achieve it in training but you have to be a talent to do it in a pro game under stress and pressing from defenders especially in important matches like champions league or world cup.

Cristiano Ronaldo was/is one very dedicated professional player he doesnt sleep a whole night but takes 90 minute quick naps 5 or 6 times a day. He has a very low body fat level and is what you would call a health nut. He also trains a lot.
But please react to Erling Haaland next. Erling is just 22 and has his best years still ahead of him. But in his first Permier League season he scored 52 goals for Manchester City, broke the record for most goals scored in the Premier League, scored 5 goals vs. RB Leipzig in one Champions League match and some other records.
