In my opinion, the only one who doesn't change a lot is Jisoo. The other members did. Jennie and Rosé have old pictures where they look even more different. Remember that in those pictures, Rosé and Jennie were already trainings. They already had a glow up there. Also, their pictures have filters,even the picture of Jennie (I think is form a video), bit we all know that koreans use filters in everything for look with a perfect skin. Lisa's picture is a simple one, without edits, without any filters. That's why she looks that different.
