Even though osude needs to work on end product at times... He is very entertaining to watch and an exciting prospect for Hashtag whether he wins or not
Tbf that match obviously his shooting at times could of been a bit better at times but his end product looked decent enough unlucky to not have about 3 assists aswell

True actually. I thought Josh deserved to be eliminated after the technical challenges, but you see the best of him in an actual game. I think he’s the deserved winner but from a CZcams point of view, it also makes more sense to sign Josh - he’ll attract more fans and help the club grow.
Kasey Escape that’s the point I was trying to make. Whether or not osude misses 7 chances a match... put him on the pitch and he’ll make an huge impact. Best player on the pitch clearly. He could of got a hat trick plus 3 assists in that game. I agree I thought he deserved to be Eliminated in the technical challenges.

Izu struggled against pace which is fundamental, plus Hashtag already has good CB's and while Izu is great they cant resist holding down a player of Osude's quality which is extremely rare, Osude and Harry will likely bring the goals and assists next season whereas Izu would simply improve the defence by a small margin ...

Although Osude's tecnhinal skills are not the best for a winger, his pace is just remarkable and can definitely make the difference in that level. He's also really fun to watch.
PS. I think that this was not the last time we saw Izu with the Hashtag jersey...
This was just based on the last match in my opinion. Izu was so much better throughout the whole thing, goals, good defence and a great person.

Josh has been awful on all of the tests, good in matches tho
Izu was dreadful in both 11v11 games. He has poor positioning and decision making skills. He is Marcus stamp 2.0 has all the physicals but will just be a bench player

Muaz Veladzic I like josh but his best moments were just running. His goals were all down to his pace (not a bad thing). When he did get a chance without his pace needed he goes and misses a pen. Still a good player and will get better in the future
Sh Ftbl he misses a pen but that doesn’t mean he is bad at them even the best players miss them. And josh also set up multiple chances especially in this game and has decent dribbling.

Osude would be a FANTASTIC supersub. He is quick as hell. He would outsprint even some PL players. Congrats

He could outsprint most. I think he’s like Adama Traeore but has more end product. I think he’s faster than Salah and that’s not a joke either.
Osude technical ability is so unorthodox but he’s so direct that it’s effective. He got a lot to work on: he’s end product, playing on the defenders shoulder to stretch the defence and his movement off the ball. Refine those thing and he’ll be a player with that deadly pace.
His movement off the ball doesnt seem too bad especially with those 1 2s
Same with sterling and he's one of the best players in the country now

The amount of effort izu put in to this game was amazaing. You could see how much it meant to him when he cleared that shot off the line and the goal moved
Wanted Josh to win this ever since the first video but absolutely heartbroken for Izu was so passionate about everything and got unfortunate to lose out, hopefully he gets offered a place with the first team like Stamp did

People are talking about Osude's end product. I rather he tighten up his dribbling. His pace plus being a great dribbler will allow him to create so many chances. He's shown the ability to find his teammate when going past defenders. Very raw player Osude is, with so much potential.
Watching Joshua play is so enjoyable, it's like watching Harry Honesty. They get the ball and you know you are about to see something special 🤯🔥

Thing I like about the academy is the depth of young talent it brings to hashtag, they started with older men who were friends with Spencer now they got so much young talent to Choose to with the experience, josh, izu, and a few of the others are Sunday league and hashtag reserves ready
Both of them are great but I think Osude was the right one to pick, showed that end product we've wanted to see, which combined with the pace and ability to take on players, is a fantastic combination. If he really works on his end product and close control i wouldn't be suprised to see him a few divisions higher

Both players did extremely well. From watching every episode of the academy series I wasnt totally sure that Joshua would do it. But he showed in the final the ability to score and also bounce back from the penalty miss. His contribution to team play was pleasing. Izu has a good future too whether its with Hashtag United or someone else.

U guys are such unsupportive fans at times beginning u all wanted josh to win then a few episodes when he wasn't doing aswell you guys say he is bad. And then u guys support izu like damn make up your minds and just be happy for both of them no hate on either of them c'mon guys.
I never supported Joshua throughout the season, I always supported Izu, Joshua is a good player but playing at the level hashtag play, he is gonna get bullied off the ball just has pace no strength

Osude is so entertaining to watch, love his energy, needs some technical work but I believe he has the potential to develop into a big talent

Props to Izu, seems like a really good and passionate lad hopefully he stays committed to the club because I’m sure he will get another opportunity with us. However I thought Josh was the right choice personally the man has REAL potential and I think will cause havoc next season. All in all a very entertaining series and I’m very excited for pre season to start and to see how many of the academy lads will be around the squad.

I've been an Izu man since the physical challenges, he's proved himself to be fit and mature enough to play at hashtag level and backed this claim with his performances on the pitch but today I was just blown away by Asude, he was outstanding and showed raw potential and deserved it 👏 Congrats to him and Izu both are class and I think could play for hashtag and well done to everyone behind the scenes the series was insane 🔥🔥🔥 ♯

Josh certainly has potential to be a lethal goal scorer, however, Dev’s needs to get him work on technical abilities, like close and controlled dribbling with both feet, shooting and probably first touch. Still both great players

Josh has got the ability to be a massive gamechanger on the wing; it also gives Devs more options with either playing Honestly and Josh either side or bringing Josh on as an impact sub.
The thing that stood out the most is first of all the josh's performance in that game was already insane! Now you guys have to realize how nervous Izu and Josh must've been

Technically, those challenges were to reject players not to select them so it only matters who doesn't do well
Those challenges don’t mean anything if you can’t produce on the pitch
Izu is a decent player, but Osude fully deserved to win

I backed these two from the second episode (missed the first episode lolz). Well these two and Alexander. Amazing to see them go so far. Congrats on Osude winning, deserved after the final performance. Some of the other guys definitely deserve contracts as well but all in all, GGs and good luck Joshua!

This and the first episode were the only times I've even considered Osude as a good player, but in the final he was immense and has finally shown some end product that's been required
