- In today's Mini Bike Monday we're back to the street legal Trail Master MB200 mini bike upgraded with a Tillotson 212. We swap out the 26mm carb to a 24mm flat slide mikuni and change the 30 series cvt / torque converter pulley to the new Go Power Sports Juggernaut pulley. Test Ride results - I had an 5 mph increase for myself, keep in mind my gravy bones. lol Not on video, but Lonnie's top speed increased by 15 mph. He went from 45 with the regular 30 series to 60 mph after the juggernaut pulley swap.

I'm really liking my Jugger, sure hope it holds up well!
I’ve killed 2 of mine
That stinks. Repairable? How much HP/RPM?
Sorryy Mnk how??
mine revs up high but wont fully engage it is fine low end is there anything you had to do to yours?
This driver is one of the best things to come out for small engines in years.
CANT WAIT TO SEE THE NEW PROJECTS...LOVE YALL...GOD BLESS
You never fail us in bringing interesting, useful and quality videos, not only do you entertain us, you provide us with valuable build information! Many thanks Red Beard! God bless!
Thank you sir for supporting us and your kind words!
Keep up the good work and what a beautiful family you have👍👍
Thanks buddy i needed something to watch today😜👍
Dang man. You went from a few thousand subs to over 200k in just a couple years. Congrats
Before it was so abrupt when taking off almost to the point of being unmanageable.. Now with juggernaut it’s buttery smooth. A must if you’re running a modified engine.
Sounds good and looks like it hums right along bud
It may not have looked faster on the screen but it sure did sound faster. Thanks.
I'm currently using pieces of everything you do to create my masterpiece!👌
dude this thing is awesome whattt
Man that juggernaut cvt is wicked
Tiny little engine to pull an elephant up a hill. The honesty is sharp there mr beard! Thanks
Man that bike is sweeter than Sweetwater! 😎👍
This is a neat driver pulley for the right application! Have you considered making a video on a complete "tune up" service of a 30-series torque converter? Such as, cleaning, inspection for worn parts, and any lubrication on reassembly if necessary? Thank you!
Awesome bike.
Hey, could you do a video about servicing one of the Juggernauts?
I know the regular 30 series requires regular cleaning. Not sure about these. Thanks!
I was just on your instagram watching you drive the buss 😂
Great video an God Bless Bro' 🙏
Good video!
Amen, brother.
I'm so tempted to move there
Have you ever used a sleeve bearing for the crank shaft and used a 40 series converter on a small block engine?
Please we need spring and roller options I got one but I would like to use it on a stock predator because it will run alot cleaner and last longer than the tav 30
you are owesome buddy
I'd like to see you try the new Fire .265 cam from GoPowerSports or maybe a .272 cam
Shredder must have had trouble in producing the prototype flywheel you are using? They have not responded to my RFI and I am wondering if we will ever get our hands on one to do a similar build?
Where did you get the clear tc cover?
Did you inspect the belt? Just the see the difference on how it’s holding up with the new pulley
hey my jugger will rev up high but not fully engage like my old 30 series i have a 24 mikuni on it and i put new valve springs in
Hey Mr red beard. I love your videos. Can I use 10w40 in my 224 ? It runs fine for now but I don't know what it would do to the motor long term
Wonder how far before having to fill up
Hey were you using a stock mb200 cover or did you need a different one to fit the juggernaut?
Increase the spring tension on the driven pulley as well.
I have a question, could the cat in the bashan header pipe be removed, without, replacing that section of pipe
How does it compare with the manual clutch? I haven't heard much about that since you first tested it.
i love the juggernaut clutch put s the other 30 series look sick way better way better my bike is like the one your riding in video bikes a heavy bike so chain clutch can't hang tried almost all of them max and hilllord went to 30 series but it holds you back I've been waiting for someone to build this thing and when i heard you could get it i drove 2 hrs with my wife to get this clutch but worth every bit spend time short rode trip with wife and get this clutch is like the best every birthday for real installed it rode it 35 miles the other day went on line order another one for my sons bike thats are dad and son time together when we can trick instead of removing the driven bully expand the clutch push belt inside deeper wraps belt around clutch and install god bless nov the show be safe and see if you can get more info on maintenance this clutch sure would be grea
How did You get this street legal? Super curious
Do they make a street tire for fat cat 22x11x8 if not what would u suggest? I love your input and videos
I have a question ... what type of cvt does the Jr. Dragsters use ? Those things turn like 8000rpm
Nice work boys can I ask you what size bolt is holding Juggernaut on
Can you put a 16 tooth front sprocket on the mb20
My question is the back orignal back for the mb 200 the front cvt is juggernaut.?
Hey Red, just out of curiosity do you have a coupon code for go powersports?
Hey Brotha forgot about the motorcycle mirrors? I was looking forward to seeing how you installed them so, I can install them on my mini bike
This is awsome!! Great vid. But when is the wiring vid gonna go out. I am doing something similar and need some help with the wiring. Thanks 🤟🤟🇺🇲
Also jegs had the same primary in the Jr dragster section of their catalog they were called a Salisbury clutch
I just put a 212 predator on a crf230 frame I had and it keeps shredding the cvt belt withing hours of riding. I checked alignment and lubrication everything looks good any help would be appreciated
Does the stock clutch cover fit over it?
Love the videos. One question, is that the stock cast steel flywheel on there? If it is what rpms is it rated for and does anyone offer a billet flywheel for those motors with charging system magnets?
Well I'm 2 years late to giving you an answer, but.... Tillotson flywheels are tested to 10k rpm for 8 seconds and 8k rpm for 30 seconds. Nobody makes a billet flywheel compatible with a charging system which absolutely blows because I feel like that is a seriously untapped market with the MB200 being so street friendly and responding to extra power so well.
Are the belts lasting longer with a jaguarnot converter
Im just picked up a manco Fat Cat any cool ideas for upgrade im thinking of a predator 420cc would you suggest the juggernaut clutch and any other ideas 💡
So what sort of gearing are were you using? Any recommedations for a mild Tillotson mk2 [11hp or so] ? I want to get to 5500rpms kinda ez at top end and I'm a big guy. using this video I'm thinking I need a lot shorter gearing thanks!
I need help. I took off my governor and oil censor, and in the process had to take my cam off to get one of the bolts off. This displaced my rocket arms and push rods. Does anyone know a way that I can fix this problem?
can u cruise low speed unlike 30 series torq
How about this if you want to back off. I want to know the name of the back unit
RBG... what would the performance difference be if you had the 225cc Tilly on the same bike? Top MPH?
Would the juggernaut work on my trail master buggy 150 XRS
Gravy bones 👍
Ok I put the juggernaut on my mb 200 and it won't close up but the driver opens fine ?? Is the inside supposed to free spin like an idler nothing freespins on this clutch is this normal??
Hey Red you ever check out the Motoped, pretty interesting it's a full suspension off-road USA tiged frame with a combo of Chinese pitbike and mtb parts. You can fit a 192cc 5 speed 4 stroke in there. I had one with a yx 140 but it got stolen last month out of the garage 😑
Is the Juggernaut available for the 40 series? Help me if you can. Thanks and greetings from Phelan California. God bless.
I have a stage 1 predator 212 is the juggernaut needed?
Does the coupon code Red Beard for gopowersports not work anymore? Says it has been disabled when i try to enter it
I have a monster moto m80 with some frame work done and custom work with a 6.5 hp Briggs with a stage one performance kit and a cvt and I’ll hit 45 easy thinking about getting the juggernaut
Love your videos and this build. Just got home from deployment and I'm thinking about buying an MB200 to ride with my kids on their Colemans. Money is tight and Motobuys has them on sale right now but their reviews are hit or miss. Have you had any luck with this vendor? Keep up the awesome videos man.
Nevermind. GoPowersports just put them on sale for the same price. Ordered one from them instead and put you down as recommending them.
can you please tell me what belt are you running?
What’s the front and rear sprocket numbers?
Dude they always beat that shit out man
Wonder if a clutch would be better?
Just went and bought a 2nd predator and got both carts running a stock predator with tq is pretty fast
Anybody getting a clicking noise from there juggernaut? Is it normal if so? Mine seems a bit loud.
I’m stoked to hear that ur a fellow brother in tha Lord and live kinda close too... Knoxville baby!
9min 26secs in this vid u start talkin about covid so here’s some food 4 thought.
Everything that can be shaken will be shaken Hebrews 12:27-29
The last time the whole world was under judgement was the flood of Noah. And now the whole world has been affected once again, in a different form, with covid19. These 2 events are the only ones that have ever affected the whole world in recorded history.
Ain’t tryin to preach, lol. Love ur channel bro and Keep God 1st. ✌️
Where u get the muffler
Looking awesome brother keep em coming 🤘🏻🐿🤘🏻lol pull an elephant 🐘 up a hill lol
I like it
What ever happened to the long suspension mini bike!?
YALL ARE GREAT FOLKS
Love this shiz.. the predator/tillson engines seem to have great diy capabilities for throwing on whatever mini bike u want. Was wandering if there were good kickstart/ manual transmission engines that a fell’uh might be able to use to drop into old motorcycles? Anything that could easily be thrown into a bunch of different frames and has multiple different sized cc’s with the same style in the same line up. To get more of a motorcycle feel rather than an automatic engine, something capable of getting on the highway comfortably? Something that is widely available for parts and whatnot. Preferably cheap.
Damn... I guess im not going to be alright. Crazy how having faith or not can be so cut throat.
Do you happen to have a part number for the belt? I just acquired a little go kart with a 212 Predator motor running this pulley set up that is missing a belt. Thanks!!
I would say try either a 669 or 725 off Amazon
I noticed juggernaut doesn't come with brass idle ring is it ok to run without?
Yes doesn't need them because it's an enclosed unit xlike the 40 series
Seems my juggernautaxes out really quick is this normal?
I want a pipe and a juggernaut for my Coleman ctu ex. And valve springs. Can I get this all at gopowersports? Call them? Lol tyty love this channel red beard! Ty! What do I all need for this build?
What phone mount do you use
Get a 310 racing cam thatll sound nice and it seems to idle a little higher than usual it should be idling between 1,000 - 500 rpm have a nice idle in the bike and have it run cooler
What size belt
Can anyone think of a good cheap engine for my minibike
i wished you could get 80mph or at least 60mph out of one of these, because i got an old 1974 enduro bike i'm restoring and want a cvt system on it
You can with the proper gearing just will be slow on take off
Can you explain the wiring
Weight could be a big factor but nice mini goes good for what it is. Be thankful it able to move your big ass. I’m a hundred 50 and my mini bike makes me feel like I’m flying….. and that bike did great with you….
Shane’s mini bike……
I know how you feel brother. I look like Donkey Kong riding my Coleman.
i need me one of those....or three
Whelp, the need for Juggernaut is coming, Now we need the supply hehe.
Has anyone else had any issue with fitting the juggernaut on? My shaft is .75 but the inner diameter of the juggernaut is .748 wth
I just came from the original torque converter vid on this bike. This juggernaut is starkly better.
What the size of that belt boss?
What tires are those?
Hey go kart community! Quick question. I have a hammerhead mudhead 208cc go kart with a stage 1 kit, 18lb valve springs, and no governor. I have a 30 series torque converter, with a 8 tooth sprocket on the driven, and a 55 tooth on the axle. I have upgraded to 19 inch tall tires from the original 16 inch tires. My problem is that it has almost zero low end power. It also doesn't have the greatest top end, and has trouble revving out. It can barely make it up any hills. I don't want to swap the axle sprocket for ground clearance purposes. Will the juggernaut help? Any other solutions?
Usually the rule of thumb is around 2in of tire height increase Max without a sprocket change, however the Juggernaut will give you the increased power of the increase in RPM hook up. It might be a good idea to look into different Emulsion tubes, or a performance coil unit like red beards, or both. The Redbeard coil will deliver your spark faster and in better time with your takeoff RPM hook up. The whole idea for you I think would be to make power in the lower mid-range.
