Got it in like 4 ultimates in Hanamura while attacking. The lucky factor is for them to receive damage at the same time you heal them. That is it. Attack matches are safer as you have more control.

A note for anyone trying this window of opportunity one. Don't forget Healing COUNTS as well. (I'd actually recommend u heal instead of go for damage. Let the damage part go to your bastions, soldiers, ashes or your team. Heal the tanks and it counts towards the 2500. Remember just don't die. I got it with one friend. It was me (Baptiste, my friend was soldier, rein, dva, ana, and genji). I just got lucky that the tanks were taking lots of damage and just kept healing them through the barrier. I have been baptiste for an entire match, haven't died a single time, even had at the end 7450 healing done, and didn't had the achievement... I think it HAS to be with the ult
This is already hard enough. Should just be 2500 in a single game, not in a single game AND without dying. That's mad.

agreed. Hardest part is honestly getting a payload attack map and staying alive ( for me any way)

Either or, as long as it's 2500 Damage only, heals only, or combined 2500 you're good.
Even if it's (2499) damage and (1) healing you'll still get it.
