Sir i registered myself on 8th November 2022 for ACCA but I had to pay my 1st annual subscription fees for 2023. I asked ACCA Hyderabad head (Pavan sir), he told me that PPL who are taking exemption do not have to pay for their 1st year annual subscription. But PPL who are not taking any exemption should pay the 1st year annual subscription fees.
For the fees calculation Calendar Year is followed i.e. 1st Jan to 31st Dec. So, the fees that was asked from you was for Calendar Year 2023. Till Dec 2022 you would have not been asked to pay the annual membership.
@@CAAnshulMittal First of all, Thank you Sir for responding to my concern, But Sir my friends who took conditional and normal exemptions and were registered on the same date as me did not have to pay even a single rupee. ACCA INDIA South Zone Head (Pavan sir) had told us that ppl who take exemptions will have a different code (myACCA Account Registration id) from those who did not take exemptions. bcoz of this, the students who did not take any exemptions will have to pay their 1st-year annual subscription fees which are waivered for those who took exemptions. sir told us that my friends will have to pay their annual subscription fees from the second year i.e. Jan 2024.

Yes you can, give the FMA, FFA & FBT and then proceed to ACCA qualification.
