In cascade airlock system, core area to be maintained at lower pressure and higher pressure must be maintained at corridor.

As example, if the product is osd but it is hazardous which type i have to use
Well each type of air lock is build to avoid cross contamination, all 3 types of air lock can work for osd even if it is hazardous substance. But it need to be decided at the time of commissioning of facility that what would be appropriate and more importantly to implement authentically

I'm getting lots bubbles in my wash basin.... after washing hands, the water passes but the bubbles stays in the basin, can you kindly help me Sir...... what could be the reason or what should I do ???
Sure the pipe of d sink is chok that's why the pressure which is necessary to take bubbles along with water is not there.

Sir cascade air lock me core area ka pressure minimum hota h as compare to air lock and corridor so this diagram showing pressure is reverse please clarify this.
Dear as I told in my video that CASCADE means a unidirectional flow. Agar corridor ya airlock ka pressure Zada hoga to corridor ki have aapke core area me aayegi or use contaminate kar sakti hai. Ya to aapke corridor ki air fresh ho or contaminated na ho jo ki bahot mushkil hai. Aap is diagram ko relevant guidlines se bhi refer kar sakte ho. Koi confusion ho to please fir poocho.
@@loveforpharma934 If the airflow is from core area to corridor than it might contaminate the corridor air which is connected to many other production areas. So I think the airflow should maintained from corridor to core area.
