Wow! I used to work on this show and I remember it vividly. Bronson insisted on carrying his cup of coffee from the deli on set with him, instead of using the mugs we provided on the coffee table during interviews! He also thought it would be funny if the audience did not applaud during his entrance. ??
He’s so different. He’s so handsome but different from the usual stereotype. His thought process is different. Most of the time he’s discombobulated. What’s not to love?

If I had not been the six year old that I was then and had been a part of that crowd, when Bronson walked out to only meet so much silence, I would've taken full advantage of the quiet, stood up, and said, "Bronson, will you marry me?" I have adored Balki from first sight, it only took about 5 minutes. The beautiful childlike joy and innocence of his Balki character combined with his absolute brilliance gave me so much joy I never had a chance.I will love him forever for the joy he gave me as Balki. 💓
