2:40 is so cool, the drummer is playing a half time shuffle, but he plays straight eighth notes on the hihat with his left foot, then at 2:50 bass drum and snare starts playing straight with the hihat, then goes back to shuffle... tickles the brain.
They're such talented artists. Amazes me just to sit and watch them on here. Can't wait to see them play live again and meet them. 👌

Hey, the worst I've heard from them live was later confirmed to be on the birthday of one of the band members... and he slipped up only a couple times. Beyond that, I've seen fans post from a crappy phone video and even with the reduced sound quality, it's still better than most other bands live.
I've watched this damn video countless times. Pit of Consciousness is my favorite Jinjer song and this live performance and mixing is perfect!
I agree. I have a library of 50k songs and this one is in my top 100. I'm not sure why I connect with it that much.

Jinjer has so many great Live performances, but this one is just insanely good! Need the entire Kiev concert on DVD. Take my money!
They won’t release this as a full concert. They weren’t happy with the lightning from the stage. But it would be great if they release this songs with some other live videos they can do! :)

Her growl at 3:56 is insane and beyond epic!!! \m/ Where does she get the air to sustain it that strong and long? That is the most powerful growl I've yet to hear from any man or woman. EVER! Tatiana is other worldly. Saw them live and met them this past Sep. in Texas. Super kind and caring people. My fav band from the past 20 years!

Couple of things to note. There is an obvious 2s delay on that part(you can hear it slowly delay out for a few seconds after she stops growling), plus compression that results in a heaver sound that doesn't necessitate as much lung capacity being expelled during the growl.
This isnt to diminish the talent required for this, she is indeed very talented at what she does.
It looks like she isn't even trying which tells me she knows exactly how to do it right.

Personally I love a few reaction channels because yeah I live in an area where I have yet to find anyone who doesn't look at my female self and raise an eyebrow about my music and my passion for metal. I like interacting in the comments of the react channels and if it's a reactor like ohrion reacts, he is actually super humble, hilarious, and participates in the conversation. I definitely think a lot of them are so fuckin annoying and are aimed purely for the money but there are some diamonds in the rough I actually enjoy

Such a consistently great band! I hope they only get as “big” as they want to get. Very interesting that in an interview with Tatiana & Eugene they stated that they don’t consider Jinjer to be metal. I don’t care about labels. Metal, not metal, whatever. Jinjer is its own thing and it’s great.

Fuck man, I just keep listening and listening to this song. It's super tight, really technical and IMO better than the record version. I bet this band could make it's own intricate jazz covers and kill it.

Tati may very well be arguably the best vocalist in metal imo. There are many great vocalists with that range, but I feel very few have that smooth of a transition that she does. The rest of them are all masters of their craft as well, great synergy.
