ลาวดวงเดือน (Lao Duang Duen)

Lao Duang Duen is a Thai melody that was composed towards the end of the 19th century by H.R.H. Prince Benbhadanabhongse, the 38th son of King Rama V of Siam. It is a song of unrequited love to Princess Chomchuen of Chiang Mai, whom he loved but was not allowed to marry. The Prince, himself an accomplished traditional Thai musician, is said to have played this song when missing his lost love. Arranged by Infusion Baroque.
