Still the best pond this 👍🏼 Main reason is because I genuinely think it’s an achievable pond for the vast majority of koi keepers. I know how much those filters cost (and they are certainly not cheap) but when you compare a list of materials for this pond to let’s say a “specialist hobbyist” pond, yours would barely scratch the surface of what the other would in terms of costs. But the results are here for all to see. It’s simple and extremely effective and I’m a big believer in simplicity, don’t over complicate it and you’ve nailed it. I’m a big advocate of Oase filters in general, had them for years on my indoor tropical/discus tanks in the past. So then naturally went down that route with the koi pond. Not only are they quality items, If anything ever does go wrong or you need a question answering, their customer service is just incredible. I was expecting drum filters bio chambers bakki showers ect ect ect. and not a filter house in sight.. That just goes to show you can have a fantastic pond water clarity and beautiful happy koi that are thriving without all the really expensive gear. We do really believe that flow plays a good part in keeping the water clear and the fish happy and healthy. I've been using Oase Pond Equipment for over 30 years in my View pump fed system are unbeatable I would never entertain putting a bottom drain in and using all that Evolution Aqua Aqua stuff .German Engineering, I mean just look at the price of those Oase Drum filters. I would never change to anything else,never had water problems always crystal clear no Ammonia or Nitrite,
Fish always look amazing👏👍. Filters are obviously working well for your koi and pond set up😊👍. Simple but effective indeed😊👍. Just shows that you don’t have to go down the drum or Nexus route to achieve great filtration 😊
The water coming out of those filters is disgusting but your pond is crystal clear and fish looking awesome so they are obviously doing a great job. I picked up an Oase biosmart 5000 filter not long ago for use on my quarantine tank and it works very well. Oase makes quality products and your set up proves it. Cheers.

I have a much smaller oasis filter... The amount of gunk that it removes is amazing

It's plastic ducting from screw fix, 8"×2" we could only get It in white so wrapped it in green felt, its sold by the meter 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
