Thank you very much! Yes a room mic does a lot, but you can also make a drum bus and use parallel compression on that one. Check out tutorials by Nolly or Chris Ghazel on how to do it, here on CZcams. They have really good tips and tricks!

Amazing work on this song. Seems like you’ve been @ this a few years, quite a payoff for such talent. When I hear this song, I notice how similar that everything is compared to “Genocide” from Suicide Silence ( Mitch being the original best singer for that band.)
