Adding Porch Roof onto Ranch House

I’ve extended and enclosed our deck onto our ranch house while fitting it to both roofs. At the same time, I allowed for water drainage by not perforating the original roof. I ended up utilizing a rain and ice roof membrane that I hired professional to install, along with the exact same roof shingles, for which I contracted myself for a reasonable amount. After two years the interior is bone dry.
