    its hilarious how dl said woodbuck is permanently on tsm subreddit, he legit has no life. I use to see him there like just posting and trolling on those forums for years after he got kicked. He finally left hopefully after tsm crumbled.

    kcwoodbuck was a nice guy. regi only hired him because clg won with coach chris the split prior with doublelift. it wasn't bad in practice but tsm was full of veterans that didn't give a fuck.

I remember Weldon's psychology tricks , from an outside perspective they actually seemed like they worked to some degree (just my opinion) . Why would you bring a high school baseball coach in to coach pro league? 🤔 😂
    You wouldn't bring a basketball coach in to coach football. Andy was a prime example of "in over your head".

      That's because TSM is based on his ego and exploiting the players for his own gain. He can't resist the idea that the players will suffer and bow to him. Unfortunately for this animal called, that only makes people hate you and play worse. Good luck teaching him that.
      He knew he could take advantage of them because of his personality from the beginning because they're a bunch of nerds 10 times better than him at the game, and who knows, he might even be happy with what he has currently. Not everybody wants to be King of the world.

    Woodbuck in this story seems so reasonable lol. Everybody is upset after a poorly played regular season game that ended in a win. Like it's fine guys we won, lets improve for next time

    • @theanonymouschicken169
      @theanonymouschicken169 Před 2 měsíci +2

      I see it as Woodbuck understanding how to run a brand. Fans are the sole reason why it is viable to play professional video games for a living. It’s a disservice to the fans to not show up to the fan meet or looking miserable greeting them because of a temper tantrum. Then 8 years of this attitude later and we wonder why Brazil and Europe have higher viewership than NA now.
      Edit: According to Woodlock on the second story, he was instructed by Jarge who was the Strat coach at the time to do that.(Having two people with no pro experience in league was a very interesting choice for tsm…).

      Woodbuck responded to this vid on Twitter. He agrees that the first story was indeed cringe, but the second story was not his idea but their strat coach that was abroad.

    Even from Doublelift’s extremely biased retelling of this story, I mean I don’t think there’s anything wrong with a coach trying to encourage his players to think positively

    • @luismatinha9455
      @luismatinha9455 Před 2 měsíci +1

      There's a difference between thinking positively and being delusional;
      A victory like that still shows symptoms of deeper problems. This is not my opinion, this is based on the entire team's reaction.
      The fact that the coach failed to see that shows lack of vision.
      The fact that he tried to steer his teams' emotion like children when there are 5 adults displaying the same reaction shows immaturity.
      The fact that he didn't use this opportunity to learn more about league quickly (since he's baseball based) so that he learns how to fix his internal compass on what it means to win a game in LoL shows lack of wisdom.

Take the f'ing W and move on to the next game. Now IDK this woodbuck or whoever but I find the mental game for live sports and sports is essentially the same. NA needs to quit down playing it.
