美女您對台灣真的很有心，萬分感動！熱炒幾乎是台灣人最喜歡的宵夜之一，記得很多年前我還在大台北地區工作的時候，百元熱炒店幾乎滿街都是，尤其那時在中永和地區時好像隨處可見，隨便一間店裡面的菜色都上百樣可選，而且便宜又好吃，或許現在已經沒有那麼流行，但是那種好吃的感覺是會永遠留在記憶中的！

Maybe "Taiwanese Tapas" or "Taiwanese style izakaya dishes" might help to translate 熱炒? Japanese people already use "Taiwanese style izakaya dishes" when they introduce 熱炒, and 熱炒 restaurants do sell alcohols anyway just like izakaya
Izakaya sounds like close, however 熱炒 provides descent dishes more than snacks for beers.

Bubble tea is a well known Asian drink, but most people don't know it originated from Taiwan. I have seen people guessing everywhere, except Taiwan.

When my first tried bubble milk tea, it didn't really do much to me, I didn't hate it, nor like it much, but I just go..."is that it?" I didn't get why so many love it. Tomato would be something I used to hate but loving it now. Some tomatos in Taiwan has a unique flavor as far as I know only exist in Taiwan, and I used to hate that flavor.

檳榔，我也沒有嘗試過，
記得兩三年前在當兵時，
凌晨一兩點在站軍械庫哨，
那個哨點有兩個人，
一個是我，一個是別的單位的長官，
當時他就問我要不要嘗試嚼顆檳榔，

Interesting! I have friends/family who go fishing in lakes and rivers, but not usually the ocean. Haha. A little too far away from Nebraska. I wonder where these white fish are from.
@@yakitorisutan I think they are from Michigan lake. In up north Wisconsin, Autumn for hunting (deer) and Winter for fishing.

兩位拿筷子的指頭姿勢都不好，這使得筷子無法靈活的打開/閉合，這姿勢食物會夾不牢，尤其夾不起花生。 拿筷子的姿勢應是：以虎口和無名指尖當支點Hold住一支筷子，再以拇指食指中指輕夾住另一支筷子，使兩支平行，然後裡面這支完全不動，只需食指/中指一起動即可很穩的夾取食物。 試看看。
