Monthly salary at the last month crossed 7 lakhs
    7×12=84 lakh anually
For someone who had to start at 30000 it is impractical to think of promotions to such extents.

    Good informative channel.
    Regarding this EPF calculator
    (1) can you help to have annual salary rise % as manualy configurable one, as many ppl don't get 10% increment.
    (2) Is contribution to EPS also considered by GOI while calculating the interest .
    (3) Kindly consider to add previous EPF balance so that this calculator will give near to accurate values.
Which will help us to do better financial planning

    Hi Mr. Mukul,
I saw multiple videos if different people but could find your both videos the best in getting clarity... Thanks a lot for sharing such useful info.
There is one more query and could not find video for that, if you can prepare and share that video will be good. Topic is How much Pension I will get if I leave my job anytime after 10 years of service but before 55 or 58 years of age may be 13 years... And how will that be calculated and would it be calculated for full year basis of for number of months after completion of years too... Like in my case I had worked for 13 years 10 months and 11 days in a company and my Basis was approx 32000 and my employer was contribution equal to my contribution of 12%. So how much pension would I get and for how many years and would It be paid by PF office or by my employer...
I know I am asking too much but yes such queries are there in lot of my colleagues also and have shared your this video with them too...
Plz see if possible to prepare another beautiful and useful video for this...
    Thanks
    Ravinder Kumar

There are lot of assumptions, things vary year on year and this sheet will be out of use then. When I joined my first month PF was deducted basis 5 day salary since I joined around month end and then it was standard basis monthly basic. The appraisal percent varies. ROI also may change every April.

Constant increment is unrealistic. The example showed 10% increment which end up more than 6 lakhs basic + DA per month. The excel can be upgraded with each years increment and also provision of "Voluntary Provident Fund" if we like to add. Not sure how much feasible 58 years retirement for private company. One may plan for worse say retire at 50. So adding up more balance in PF with VFP makes sense.

    1. At the time of retirement can I withdraw all the amount Corpus or I have to necessarily take pension?
    2. If I have to take pension necessarily then how much corpus I will get and what will be the rules of getting pension like pension/corpus to wife after my death (If the rules are similar to NPS or not)
    3. If I have already contributing in EPF, do I need to take NPS separately?

Incorrect calculation. EPS has been added in Employer's Contribution for interest calculation. EPS does not get any interest. If an employee is getting ₹1,250 as EPS, it shall remain the same forever unless govt. changes some regulations on the same.
