Wish I knew the name of the song. I already have an epidemic subscription.
What an effort for a short social media clip. And all in one day. Impressive.
Incredible, Javier. I've learned so much from you over the years. Keep at it!
Thank you Javier for breaking this down. As always, I learned something new. I like how you cut your music up to have the flow you wanted. I noticed this in music, and I didn't think to cut it up like that. I will use this!
As always, your tutorials are amazing! And the ACL piece was absolutely top shelf!!!
So, so good! In the past few months I’ve been tasked with many social videos including a festival as well, so it’s great to see how you attack these!
Stellar work as always Javier!
Amazing video Javier! Thank you for the hard work :)
appreciate this so much, thank you. It's amazing you make this available for free for us to learn from
SUCH an outstanding video.... wow. Bravo.
Woww thanks a lot!! I've learned a lot from this ! The video is amazing!
Thank you, Havier, for doing this video. If you can do more videos like this one that would be awesome. Explaining the art of editing FX's helps to understand editing as a beginner.
Hey thanks for this, just got around to watching it now. Very helpful.
This was amazing! Thank you so much. Always a big help Javier. 🎉
Ay looks like you found the video! Thanks for watching!
I’ve been wanting to level up my event videos and this breakdown was very helpful. Thanks for sharing
Thank you very much for sharing this with us.
As always Javier, you smashed it. Great tutorial.
This is dope! Thank you for sharing these tips 🙏
amazing video thanks ❤
Great content, many thanks!
WOW, ITS A PRETTY EXTENSIVE GUIDE FOR EVERYONE, REALLY LOVING IT YOU'RE SHARING YOUR WORKFLOW FOR FREE!!!
This is what I was waiting for. Loved the edit on it and I actually commented on instagram for the tutorial for this. Javier you are the best
Glad it helped!
I love your Premiere workspace for 9:16 video!
Dear Javier, thanks for your incredibly helpful and wholesome videos!
Thank you Fedka!
Amazing video. You're a great tutor as well, thanks!!
This is great! More of this and go more in depth!
Thanks Javier Mercedes. I learnt from the Hyper lapse and the Object Wipe Transitions sections. Both will surely come handy in my future projects.
PS: Thanks greatly for the resources shared as well.
that edit is simply outstanding bro! Awesome content
Many thanks mate for that really appreicate it
Gold mine. This video is AMAZING.
I just loved this video. I work as a corporate DP and editor, our look is very bland, but I enjoy watching these videos. They're entertaining and informative. Every now and then I try to slide a little spice in our videos, but have to remain in brand.
amazing
This is plenty to chew on! Thank you, Javier.
Thanks for watching McBarth!
awesome tips brotha! will apply some of them on my next project. thanks!
Awesome! Thank you!

Amazing ❤❤
Thanks Gangster 303!
amazing Video
we want more videos like it
Will do! Thanks for watching!
Song lit! Video lit! Vibes on 100!
Love the video, but would love to know how you add the abstract shapes to your edits too! I've wanted to do this forever but worried I'll spend more time working it out in After Effects than finishing my next video :)
Thanks for this fantastic breakdown. What keyboard shortcut did you use to jump one frame forward around 17:40 when your other hand was on the mouse changing the mask?
I have nothing to say but thank you
Great work, thanks a lot. Do you have the name of the music on Artlist please?
LOVE LOVE this video explanation ! I myself am getting into videos and I am trying to edit smoothly because that's the one thing I do not like doing BUT the way you explain it in this video makes me feel comfortable to go for it!! Question; the first clip of the space ... was that with a drone?
And are you recording vertical or horizontal?
That first shot was a drone. And I shoot both. Since I know this whole thing was going to be vertical I shot for it sometimes. But with gimbal shots it’s easier to shoot horizontal and then crop in post.
Nice video editing like a pro
Thanks Meyya!
@@JavierMercedes i am bigest fan of your editing bro. I want to edit like you can you give me some tip and trick thanks
Javier, your work here is a good reminder that video “editor” is an outdated term. What you (and your peers) are doing is more akin to “composer.”
hey man, a question for you, potential video. How to import multiple AE compositions into Premiere Pro. Cheers
Awesome video! Did you shoot everything in 120fps or did you shoot in multiple different frame rates? Thanks!
Most in 120fps, but some at 24fps if I knew I was just going to be using it for the sound bite.
@@JavierMercedes Thanks! Is there a reason you chose 120fps, even though you weren't going to slow down every clip?
Where are you 🤔
After long time I see you😮
Este vídeo é um modulo de curso inteiro.
I'm currently watching as I type. I'm curusi to know how can you randomize the clips? Let's say you wanted to use the same assets, but change the order for potentially a different look, feel and experience, is this possible?
Wait wait wait wait, you shot all of this footage, and edited into that video all in one day??????
Shot and edited everything (except the drone shots, that was done by the amazing Jessi Foster @hellyessi on IG) in a day yup.

Knew I'd forget a link somewhere, here is his video on it with the link in his description: czcams.com/video/1qJXvxDFcYE/video.htmlsi=G-arUH7Rs-2b2FbG
Ok. But my eyes are located on the horizon. Not vertically.
Understandable, I do wish all mediums were horizontal but alas this is for social media, so vertical is king at the moment. You can take the same principles I talk about and apply them to horizontal as well. Thanks for watching!
Do some quick research on how much content is consumed via mobile phones today. It's actually pretty astonishing.
This is a great tutorial i never imagine this is possible to learn. How I wish you can show to screen what are keys are you pressing so some of us with no experience can learn.
Omg, I’ve needed this 🥲
Thank you❤️
Thanks for watching!
