      It depends to the Clinician activity but it is usually temporary. e.g. Neonatal/Infant resuscitation up to 10 kg. During transport from Operating Room to NI CU , Waiting for the CPAP to be set up or when changing CPAP circuits...

      It depends on a specific scenario but as long as it is needed. If Baby is apneic, PPV until he resumes spontaneous breathing. If not prepare to intubate. Baby’s HR less than 60, PPV until goes over 100 and he’s spontaneously breathing. Baby is coding, PPV mask until you can intubate. This neo puff becomes your Ambu bag

      This is a precise pressure every time you ventilate. For example if you pre-set inspiratory pressure of 20cm and PEEP of 5, that’s what you will get if there’s a good seal and following MRSOPA. On the contrary, if you use self inflating bag, it is hard to regulate the pressure unless you have a pressure manometer. And the flow inflating bag takes a lot of skill to maintain a continuous correct pressures.
