Tummy Time with 2 month old infant baby

Hello family and friends. Did you know that you can do Tummy Time with your infant just by laying them on your stomach? You do not need a Tummy Time play mat or any of the sort to help your baby learn how to hold their heads up. Having the babies propped up like in this video even counts for Tummy Time. As you can see my baby (and a lot of other babies) don’t enjoy tummy time for long. That’s okay. Encourage your baby to do tummy time as often and for as long as they are comfortable.
