- The Clemson Tigers improved to 5-2 in ACC play and 6-3 overall with a tough win over the Louisville Cardinals, 30-24. Tigers quarterback D.J. Uiagalelei threw for 220 yards and 2 touchdowns and rushed for a touchdown in the win. Freshman wide receiver Beaux Collins caught 6 passes for 104 yards and a touchdown for the Tigers. Louisville quarterback Malik Cunningham rushed for 134 yards and 2 touchdowns to go with 174 yards passing in the game.

Louisville has the most toxic fan base in college football. Nebraska was a juggernaut in college football. A real football program. They are struggling but fans fill the stadium every home game. Louisville has been to two elite bowls games in its entire history, but they can't support a team that's falling a little short. Congregation of the Miserable.
@@randallmadison9910 Nebraska fills the stands because they are one of the greatest cfb programs of all time and there is nothing else to do in Nebraska. Louisville isn't a great football program and we still had over 50,000 people at the Clemson game.

a huge problem that clemson's gotta fix this year.. that happened quite a few times... w/ 2:40 to go, clemson stops louisville on 4th down. the next clip is clemson kicking a field goal w/ 2:20 to go. that is just poor. there a multiple times that clemson had the ball, last season.. and, had a ONE score lead.. and, just sat on it. just three up the guts w/ the RB or QB.. no true effort to get a first down and ice the game. i know we struggled on offense last season.. but, the predictability of our offense, in that situation, was so frustrating. gotta do better..

His first step was backwards instead of straight towards the sideline; if he had ran full speed he would've been ahead of the linebacker and he would have outrun him to the corner or a pump fake to draw the corners for an easy toss to the wide receiver in the corner. Not a fan of Clemson/Dabo, however compared to the high school coaches in the ACC he is a genius. If they had credible coaches on the other side, Clemson may have a few more "L"s on their record. Clemson has had one incredible year of luck due to the failure of their competition to execute at key moments. Recap Clemson's recent wins: Boston College with a chance to win the game has ball on Clemson's 11 yd line (53 sec left) they fumble; GA Tech with 34 sec left (score 6-14 Clemson) has ball on Clemson's 3 yd line-1st & Goal - offense doesn't score; Syracuse with 2:16 sec left in game, has a 1st down on Clemson's 47 yard line . They get to Clemson's 30 yard line with 43 sec and with a 4th & 1 decide to attempt a game tying 48 yard field goal (why would they trust a kicker) of course they miss; and of course Louisville can't score from the 2-yard line to win the game. This is ACC football.

When a team stands up at the end of the game and does what it needs to in order to win, that's heart not lucky. Case in point. NC State made plays in double OT and beat Clemson. They won. Not lucky.
