Yeah, something that annoys me with a lot of covers, especially with songs like 'rainbow connection' and alot of other songs is people trying to showoff with unnecessary flair when the songs are intended to be sung simple and sweet not complicated and clumsy.

You'll have to keep that up well in to her childhood, so she'll always remember it and always associate the song with you and your affection for her-and when you're gone, or if she has her own children, she can play it for herself or for them and be reminded of you and your bond for ever.

Isn't that the coolest thing about music? For my oldest daughter it was Colter Wall. She listened to it en utero and still loves his music almost 4 years later.

This is my favorite lullaby. I always sang this for o my 3 month old nephew who died of congenital heart disease a few months ago. Will forever sing this lullaby for him😭♥️
This songs needs to be sung the right away for full effect, and this performance nails it.

@@ji-indi8669 I think it matters where you grew up and what can make you feel like a 13 year old again. I chased the rainbow when I was 7. When you are in the right mood for something, you can come back to it.
