you know if the dynamic dimming feature (is on "display" section in settings) can be turned off ? or is always on? sorry bad english
Hi, thanks for your comment, in display settings you could switch the auto brightness off and also set the auto screen lock to 10 mins so won't start to dim the screen straight away.

Hi, thanks for your comment, it is indeed their budget line which means it can do everything you need but no flashy tech like improved camera or improved processor however for everyday tasks it does the job.

I'm finding this phone to be unnecessarily complicated. Not very straight forward at all. For a simple thing, I had to go to my service provider. Now I must go again. When my Screensaver is off & I receive a call, I can hear it but I can't answer it. Phone remains dark. No pick up icon. Power button/volume button doesn't answer either. How does 1 answer please?
Hi, sorry to hear about this, go to settings then to accessibility settings, then to gestures and in here you can answer with auto pick up, the screen should be coming on though when receiving a call, have you checked all the display settings, also worth checking do not disturb is turned off as when turned on it will could be an issue. I will continue to think of ideas for you to try.

Hi! I really need help with choosing a phone.
I Currently have redmi note 10 5G (not impressed with it) and am thorn between honor 90 lite, magic5 lite and motorola g72. I want something for a longer run and generally that won't get extremely slow and laggy like my phone did. Plus more years of android updates would be great.
Hi, thank you for your comment, everything would suggest getting the Honor 90 lite however their is a couple of differences Honor 90 lite has LCD display compared to AMOLED on Magic device and their is slight difference to battery with Magic having slightly more. Please us GSMA arena to compare to make your choice.

Did your phone come with a charger ?? If so did you buy it from Argos ?
@@anannonymouscoverartist Charger in the box Yes, but I did not like the phone. It does not have a water and dust resistance certificate. The battery is 4500 mah. I wish I had bought Redmi Note 12 Pro.
Hi, some retailers add the charger, and some don't. It is annoying and can be costly.
@@RickysTechTalk I received a charger but no silicone case, it is not resistant to water and dust, it is 4500 mah. I did not like it, I am thinking of replacing it with Redmi Note 12 Pro. The store I bought it from has the right to exchange it. Do you think it is right to replace it?
Hi, you have a normal 30 day return period depending if brought from the UK.
Why does it feel like the Honor screen sensitivity is poor? Sometimes you have to tap many times.
Hi, thanks for your comment; I believe on their lite models like this, you do have to occasionally tap extra times, but with their flagship model, you don't.
Honor 90 lite or samsung A54, which is better?
I would go with Samsung device, you will receive quicker updates for Android and security.
Hi, how can I maximize the 100mp camera.. Cause its seems like its not 100mp.
Hi, you will need to use the raw image to get the most out of the camera as it's photoo binned by 4 I believe to give you a smaller image file but still high level of detail, but using raw image it should use the whole sensor.
Honor 90 lite or honor magic5 lite which is better ?

The screen is not brigth enough that is only 500 nits max...but already good enough for entry level..
Hi, yes great for entry level, however with bright sunlight it will let you down slightly.

Please note this is a press model so may not be included but the packaging shows no space for a charger. Agree disappointing.
