That driver just can't get it into his head that his license WOULDN'T get confiscated. He still thinks that if he hands his license over to the enforcer, it will not be returned to him and he would have to go to the LTO to get it back. He probably experienced that so many times before.
Arguing is for the court. The side of the road is merely to accept the state wants to make a charge against you and you are only acknowledging a date has been set for the argument. It's not a difficult concept but some Americans still don't get it.

Explain the violations...If no license and a parking violation, issue tickets and tow the vehicle. Keep the violator nonsense plea at a minimum, it slows down productivity. Let the violator plea his case in traffic court. This violator thinks they can talk their way out. They should be dealt swiftly and pay their violations.

If you will listen to the driver, he has somewhat saying some cause for concern. The rules are not consistent, it should be followed 24/7 and not just on a special day. That is what lacking on government, the consistent implementation such as no smoking no littering to name some. On bigger side, what happen to the corruption cases open during senate hearings...nothing due to lack of will to implement the laws. I am not into the driver, we should listen to his arguments and made some adjustments.

Implementing full info. And assurance to inform all drivers for unloading and loading is not clear. How do the common people like this poor driver may know if MMDA posted a visible sign? Ang pagbabago ay ang TAMA at PROPER info..sa ating mamamayan. Like this poor driver, he unload and load there for one month already. Yet, there is changes on the road, MMDA caught driver without any warning. They are like simply catching a fish and let them die itself outside the water. Just a suggestion po. Why not let the private vehicles use the bus.lane on edsa on sundays since i noticed that bus.lane on sundays are loose. On weekdays can pribate vehicles use the bus lane by 11 am to 3pm. It could be of great use by the private. And let the kotorcycles n bikes use the same lane

Obey the law, dispute must be settled in court not on the road just like here in america. Apprehending officer will serve😢 the ticket and advise the person who committed traffic violation can either pay the ticket or dispute it in court. Simple proceedure.

Implementing full info. And assurance to inform all drivers for unloading and loading is not clear. How do the common people like this poor driver may know if MMDA posted a visible sign? Ang pagbabago ay ang TAMA at PROPER info..sa ating mamamayan. Like this poor driver, he unload and load there for one month already. Yet, there is changes on the road, MMDA caught driver without any warning. They are like simply catching a fish and let them die itself outside the water. Its is more sickening to hear that I once heard that MMDA have quotas about the quantity of the violators. This is sickening. Why do they have quotas, that would mean their objective is to catch and not prevention. The poor driver is right, why the enforcer did not warn him first and they are hungry to get his license? It is so unfair, nobody wants to be caught by enforcer, why not post a big sign and warning there. If there are changes, assure that this will be seen by all drivers before you catch the fish. Yes, the enforcer just following orders but the implementation is poor and not fair.

Just a suggestion po. Why not let the private vehicles use the bus.lane on edsa on sundays since i noticed that bus.lane on sundays are loose. On weekdays can pribate vehicles use the bus lane by 11 am to 3pm. It could be of great use by the private. And let the kotorcycles n bikes use the same lane
The moment you start making concessions and letting private vehicles into the exclusive bus lane, it's game over.
