Rob Dyrdek who is best known as the former superstar skateboarder and more recently entrepreneur, actor, producer, and reality TV personality has snagged some pretty luxurious real estate, including a mansion in the 90210 zip code of Beverly Hills. The home, located in the exclusive Mulholland Estates neighborhood was a pretty dope location and not to mention his neighbors included Kendall Jenner, Christina Aguilera, Vanna White, Paris Hilton, Big Sean, DJ Khaled, Mike Shinoda, Tracey Edmonds, and Charlie Sheen, to name just a handful. Dyrdek is no stranger to the real estate game as prior to this In 2016, Dyrdek sold his four-bedroom, three-bathroom, 3,733 square foot house in the Laurel Hills neighborhood of Los Angeles between Laurel Canyon and Coldwater Canyon for $3.5 million. While in 2015, Dyrdek spent $9.9 million on a vacant 3.1-acre lot that's just down the road from his $6 million mansions. That lot is the largest property in the entire community and was once owned by Robbie Williams. Very exquisite and stylish. I wish I had it.I can't imagine spending that kind of money for a house, I mean Manson to me. I couldn't make that kind of money in my lifetime. I've been delt a tough hand in life between alcoholics, and abuse and now cirrhosis of the liver b/c of a fatty liver ( let that be a lesson to all you fast food junkies) and may some day need a transplant. But am I bitter? No b/c I did it to myself with junk food and didn't know better. So I am happy for all of your success and happiness, good for you and your family. 🙂💕👍💚

Here in Brookfield, WI my team and I constructed a 10,700 ft2 in 2010 worth 1,200,000. Seems fairly inexpensive to California right? This house was unbelievable and it was straight beautiful with a full basketball court below the basement. The basement had 9 foot ceilings and 8 foot doors which were super heavy to carry and haul off to paint them. Regular people have absolutely no idea how much work is actually involved with painting a home. They think it’s just painting walls lol no. We have to stain and finish all the woodwork in the house including the wine cellar everything whether it’s painted woodwork or it’s stained woodwork all nail holes have to be partied and sanded smooth….. I wish that’s all we did was just paint the walls. But we are at these multi million dollar houses for months and have to take apart every cabinet door and label it with all the hinges in separate bags. That’s a lot of work so the average person has no idea none. But in Wisconsin a $6 million house would be out rages compared to California
